The room was big enough and nice. The location is super. We had access to bus and ferry for getting to city center. The area is so beautiful and lovely. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel is quite old. The reception is in the second floor and when we got there, one of the door was closed. We were so confused how should we get in. I wish we would receive some kind of guide beforehand. I'm not sure if the hotel is 4star. because it doesn't have the facilities of a 4star hotel definately. We were in Gothenburg for Coldplay concert so all of the accomidatiin were expensive. I've reserved this one from a year ago and I was disappointed about the value of money.

This hotel is better than its rating! As other reviewers noted, I also wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel. More a 3-star. And yes, the rooms are slightly worn. But nothing that bothered me. But there are many pluses, too: Location is very good, right next to the ferry. Hotel exterior and interior are charming. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Overall, a good value for money for me. I would stay here again.

As some other reviewers note, the rooms are *slightly* worn. Also, maybe this is just me, but in a hotel I expect a reception that is staffed for more than a few hours in the morning (for check-out) and early evening (for check-in). But this seems to be normal in Sweden in smaller hotels.

The location is close to the bus stop and the sea. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice too.

First time arriving, I and some other people I came across were having trouble finding the entrance. The info that was given was a bit confusing. I think some stuff in the room I was staying might have been a little dusty but other than that it was fine.

Living room and bedroom was in one room. Sofa bed was rather uncomfortable and there wasnt everything as stated on the website

Hard to get into the hotel when we arrived, also met several other people who were stuck outside that we let in. So you need to make this easier for people.

Wonderful location directly at the harbour. Ferry connection to the city. When you buy a 24h ticket for public transport, make sure you buy it in the app. So the kids will travel for free... Good public parking for just 50 👑 a day...
