A beautifully appointed boutique hotel set in the picturesque quayside location of the former ship-yard. Historic details of the former ship-yard is incorporated into the hotel's design and architecture. Fantastic neighbourhood to explore, large rooms, great restaurant and bar in the hotel, but the most appreciated aspect was how welcoming they were to dogs. All in all, a great stay!

My only small gripe would be that there was no place for dogs at the breakfast room. Ended up eating breakfast in the lobby area. Would be nice to have a small area dedicated to dog owners inside the restaurant.

I loved everything about this place! The location, friendly staff, hotel design and the absolutely best breakfast ever! Additionally, the dedication of the hotel to reduce the carbon footprint of the hotel and operate in an environmentally friendly, sustainable way really deserves a special note! I would really love to see more hotels take these steps, as this aspect only made our stay more enjoyable! Really appreciated that the breakfast had vegan, gluten free and lactose free, environmentally friendly, diverse range of options!

Room cleaning is on demand to reduce the environmental impact which I really appreciated, but when after a few days of our stay we did ask for the rooms to be cleaned, somehow it got forgotten. However, I must say that after I communicated this to the front desk, they did take action to correct this, and managed to clean the rooms by the end of the day. Another small thing to note is that in the family rooms, the ‘parent’s’ bed consists of two beds, not one large bed, so the beds kept moving apart during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable..

Friendly staff, good location if you want to be in Eriksberg rather than in the middle of the downtown of Gothenburg. There is a very nice walkway in front of the hotel that is right along the water and you can find some restaurants on or just off of it. The room was clean and pretty comfortable.

The hotel itself is perhaps a little overpriced for what it is but what really is over the top is the price at the restaurant. It's nothing special (especially lacking in options for vegetarians) but the prices are.

We went on a girls trip to winter Sweden and we could not have chosen a better hotel. First of all breakfast was great. One of us is vegan and she was beyond happy with the offer. Another thing is location. Having a boat right in front of the hotel that took us to the center was priceless and it really added up to our whole experience. Also the view from the rooftop jacuzzi was amazing.

They forget to clean the room and change the towels the first day, even though we asked for it which was not pleasant. But because there were so many good things we weren't too stressed about it.

This was the lowest price deal I got for 2 rooms for two nights. It was simply beautiful, spacious, clean, facilities like sauna, hot bath were included and easily was accessible by bus and trams. There was a bus stop hardly 100 meters from the hotel. The receptionist were also good in communicating. There is also an italian restaurant nearby that hotel alongside sea, have tastiest food I can ask for.

Everything about hotel was good. But what we experienced in city was very bad

Did not like the fact that windows in higher floors open fully. Very dangerous. The first family room we were in was very cramped. When we mentioned this to staff we were moved to a larger room when it came available. Would have been nice to have more choice in the restaurant

i booked also a parking spot and got the email comfirmation that the parking was booked, at arrival as they had an event they cancel my parking without any prior notification and to make it worst at check out wanted to charge me the parking, bad organization

I like the view especially outside because our balkong facing the seaside and port🥰😍 we just stay only 1 night .The staff is very friendly🤩 the breakfast is very good❤️😋 I work also at the hotel as a housekeeping so I'm very particular and familiar if the room is dusty or not😊. A little bit dusty on the floor. But we slept so well 🥰 Thank you .

Good breakfast lovely staff. Beautiful location.

When I arrived I asked for the room to be serviced each day. This never happened- I had to go to reception each day to ask for room and towel to be serviced. The attention to detail on cleaning the room was POOR.

Breakfast and staff were fantastic. Were able to leave luggage before checking in. Staff helpful when our cab didn't show up for early morning flight.

One of the rooms was a little run down with peeling paint. Not enough plugs for phone in convenient locations.
