The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and diverse. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. There is a ferry that runs from the hotel to the city center.

The heating in the room wasn't working, and the temperature was below 19°C. We went to the reception and they told us they were having issues with the heating system, but they offered us a portable electric heater, which worked well and solved the problem.

I parked outside the hotel to download my suitcases. I was away for 4 minutes to organize my reservation. I pay the hotel for my stay and a parking fee at another parking site nearby. At my return, I found a traffic ticket on my windscreen. Although it was an Easypark parking area, and I am registered on Easypark, I still get a parking ticket. I really think this hotel must warn their customers not to park in front of the hotel and reserve a parking space to upload their luggage .This whole experience was a really bad experience for me and my wife.

The customer service with a smile, very diverse breakfast buffet selection of foods, cleanliness throughout, good sound insulation, superb aesthetics of the hotel, silent lifts, room and bathroom great size, the hotel location in a quiet area of the city yet so central and safe.

The thin mattress placed on top of the actual bed mattress puzzled me, and it kept slipping off to the left or the right of the bed, upon every slight move or turn in bed. It didn't have "adherence" to main divan bed base. I didn't understand what the purpose of this extra mattress was. Moreover, it didn't offer proper support, as it was medium-soft (I prefer firmer mattresses). The actual bed mattress seemed much firmer upon touch, I'd have been happy with that alone.

The staff is amazing. The gym and sauna I liked too. The room with balcony is really nice. The views are amazing. Very convenient for taking a ferry during the day. Super quiet!

Sadly the rooms we stayed (2 of them) was incredibly dusty. Even after being regularly cleaned. However sofas and beds are bed getting cleaned properly and are ridiculously filthy. The first room we stayed had no windows so there was literally nothing to breathe. Whole hotel is not clean. From lobby to other floors. Big part of the issue is due how the hotel air systems is built and regulated I guess. The location isn’t great for shops etc but is amazing if you want a quiet stay with nice views. Breakfast I understand is great for some people but I think it could be better overall. Like an extra coffee machine,more space. The food was super salty but I understand it’s a Swedish thing as we found food to be salty pretty much everywhere.

What a lovely hotel on a fantastic location with the best staff!! Cudos to all reception staff, they are all extremely thoughtful and kind and special kudos to Cookie who welcomed us so warmly and was always up to help guests with a big smile. Installations in the hotel are modern and brand new and our room had a fabulous view to the pier, the room was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, well-organized plenty of options and very clean. Id definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return if I ever come back to Gotenburg again ☺️ This is for sure the best hotel I had stayed in the recent couple of years. Absolutely loved it.

It’s a stylish new Hotel close to Göta Älv river. Nice room very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great!

As it’s built in a old industrial area there is not much to do around the Hotel and it looks very industrial around the Hotel. However, if you walk for a bit you find restaurants etc in Lindholmen and Eriksberg. Very nice walk to Eriksberg where you can see both old and new houses in a very nice mix. On weekdays there is a ferry close to the Hotel that takes you over the river to Gothenburg central parts.

I took a room with a sea view. Was it worth it? I don't know. Breakfasts are good, hearty. The rooms are new, as is the hotel in general, the staff is friendly.

The hotel is located in the former industrial part of the city. It's quite difficult to get there, especially if you're staying here for the weekend. There is a free ferry on weekdays. Otherwise, there are buses that will take you to the center in 10-15 minutes. On the downside, the bottles of shower gel were empty upon arrival, we noticed it only on the 3rd day of our stay. Also, the 3rd bed in the room was not prepared, I had to go down and ask them to do it. Summarizing - definitely worth taking a hotel in the city center.

Excellent connection to the downtown during the office hours due to the ferry connection. After 07:00pm some challenges while the ferry connection stops and the nearby area lacks action / services including open restaurants. Hence nothing to do in the evenings unless you managed to go to the downtown by buss or uber.

- very good breakfast - several big parkings next to the hotel - the room is modern and new

- the standard room is pretty small and w/o wardrobe - a lot of people in the hotel, so as a result, - no parking lots at the hotel's parking and very hard to find a table during breakfast. I was aware that Goteborg is a cradle of melodic death metal, but I was not expecting so many people there. - I was charged 155 SEK (13.5 EUR) for a tiny chocolate bar (Vivani creamy caramel To Go, 40 g, it costs 0.99 EUR in Amsterdam). I was aware that the mini bar in the room is always 2-3 times more expensive, and I couldn't find the price on the menu, but 13 times the original price was a total rip-off. So stay away from the mini bar

The location was perfect as we came there to see the Björnslaget floorball tournament in the Lundbystrandshallen, which is only like 5 mins walk away. Nice views from the rooftop bar towards the river. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Personnel was very friendly in the reception.

Breakfast was unfortunately way overcrowded between 9:00-10:00 on Sunday morning, when it was difficult to find available seats. Also, it felt that personnel was understaffed during the time collecting/ cleaning tables and filling up the buffet.
