The breakfast was great, plentiful, everyone could find their favorite dishes. The Vietnamese chef who cooked and baked eggs and pancake was very kind and always smiling, it was nice to chat with him. It was our first time in a hotel with a code card elevator, we didn't know how the elevator worked. They didn't explain it at the reception. :)) The cleanliness is great, as is the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The hairdryer had to be pressed constantly to work, which is quite inconvenient, in our country it doesn't work like that. I think anyone who wants to dry hair knows about electricity, if it's a "protection", then it's absolutly unnecessary, it would be enough to just hold the hairdryer, not constantly press the button... We went to the Obie spa, it was very good and pleasant, as was the pizza and wine we had there.

1, There was no storage space for clothes in the room, just a narrow hanging cupboard above the fridge, for "tall Vikings". There are no shelves for short European women, you couldn't unpack your suitcase, just put all your clothes on the one chair. If you're traveling for several days and aren't 2 meters tall, you won't be able to store your clothes. 2, The bed was very soft and sunken in. For older people with spinal hernias, a hard bed is appropriate, but this was not possible here.

Everything! From walking in the lounge has this great relaxed feel and lots of areas to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful every time we needed help with something. The bedding was LUSH and the room felt luxurious. The Rituals products were great too. Breakfast is always my favourite part of staying at hotel and they didn’t disappoint. Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Because of all of this we won’t be staying at any other hotel apart from this hotel now when visiting Gothenburg! We LOVED the Obie spa and enjoyed the cold and hot experiences. We felt so relaxed but energised afterwards which is what we needed when walking around all day!

The only thing I would say was a problem was nose from outside. We were there during a festival and there is a bar on the corner where you can hear a bit of booming bass from. It didn’t interrupt my sleep but did bother partner. One problem I would say with noise which can be helped is the slamming of the doors. They slam quite loud when closing and can wake up up if people are arriving late/leaving early.

The hotel has an excellent, central location. It has a modern design, nice amenities and overall feeling in the hotel. The staff is helpful. The view from the hotel rooms (upper floors) is beautiful. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, wide and choice of well selected items.

There is no parking at the hotel, the nearby ones are very expensive and/or not easy to access. The marking of the hotel entrance is not ideal, it may take some time to find the entrance. There is almost no storage space in the room (e.g. cupboard), and the bathtub is not very easy to use - entering or existing the bathtub is not ergonomic. You are requested to submit the time for breakfast, but the seating is free which creates a lack of space during the busy hours. Since everyone is able to freely select the seating, there were a number of 6-person tables occupied by one or two guests only. You are required to pay additionally for the spa, which was disappointing, considering the pricing of the rooms.

Great Stay – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection – especially the gluten-free options. The sky bar was cozy and perfect for a relaxed evening. Also, the gym facilities were modern and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

A few small things could have been better: we missed having free access to a wellness area, especially considering the price. The small towels weren’t quite big enough for wrapping hair, and we would have appreciated being able to open a window for fresh air. Also, while the lounge areas were beautiful, there was music playing in all of them, which made it difficult to work or have a quiet meeting.

Its new stylish hotel in the central location of Goteborg. The breakfast selection was good, had options for everyone. The location is very convenient - in the middle of everything. However, its construction all around the place and doesn’t look like it’s gonna be done soon.

The cleaning is bit behind. The breakfast was extremely crowded even though they were asking to pick up breakfast slots at the check in. Its important to keep in mind that hotel has no parking and also no on street parking next by. You might need to use Stena parking garage 5min away if coming by car.

Great location - pity I didn't have a room with a view. Didn't eat at the restaurant but friends who live in Gothenburg said it has a good reputation (esp breakfast). Highlight for me was 34th floor rooftop bar - just apity it was so busy, I couldn't get a decent spot to look out.....but the external lift up to it was great too. Top hotel - will definitely stay there next time I visit Gothenburg.

Quite expensive - but what isn't it Sweden (especially when a big concert is in town and all the hotels hiked their prices acordingly)

One of the tallest buildings in town with best views. Location is very convenient to reach main sites by walking. Top floors restaurant and bar has amazing views, good service, good menu and excellent wine list - only Rieslings more then 20 types. Design of the hotel is modern and interesting to explore. Nice cafe with yammy desserts. Elevators are very quite, quick and comfy - no junctions no waiting even the hotel is really huge. Bed is comfy - not too hard nor too soft, 2 types of pillows, good blanket. Breakfast is very rich, never seen dried apricote, rhubarb jam and non-lactose whipped cream in hotels before. Bathrobes and slippers for the spa are really good quality and with design touch, soft, comfy - loved it and color, dark bordo.

Currently there is huge construction site all around the building and they start works 8AM sharp. Breakfast room is crowded and tend to be very dirty in the latest hours. SPA books slots for lots of people and you just find yourself in the soup of talking people not relaxing or anything like this - we left after 15 min. Shower drainage in the room worked poorly, this was annoying and wasn't fixed after reported. Hanging lamps in the room are unnecessary at all - one above the armchair makes no sense. Shoe prints on the conrete walls in the room ... well I cannot guess why and what for. No climate control in the room nor openable windows.

It's a great hotel, amazing breakfast, very comfy beds and has a nice view from both the room and the rooftop bar. I loved that it has a full gym (Nordic gym) so I could workout properly for free, and the equipment was all Technogym and Eleiko so pretty high quality.

Our room wasn't cleaned in the three nights we stayed nor the towels replaced with new ones. The hotel seemed very busy so maybe it was because of that. When I booked (so long in advance) I had asked to do an early check-in but it wasn't offered to us unfortunately.

We always choose Draken when visiting Gothenburg. Location is great, right in front of the tram stop, easy walking distance to the city center. The hotel is next to the nice Linné area which has a lot of restaurants, cafes etc. The hotel itself feels very fresh, with many spacious lounge areas that are also very work-friendly. The view from the room was beautiful, and the room itself stylish with nice quality finish (i.e. wooden floors) and very clean bathroom.

Cleaning wasn't done very meticulously this time (shelves were a bit dusty, and we spotted some sand particles on the floor at one place). But all in all it still felt fresh and clean. One thing that's missing in the rooms is a safe, would be nice to have that.

Very nice hotel, well designed, breakfast was amazing!

The staff, or I should say the rules, are too strict! Me and a friend who was staying at a different hotel were walking around exploring the hotel and they stopped us, saying the bar was closed and we couldn’t walk in that area. Then she came to pick up her laptop she had left in my room but they wouldn’t let her come to my room with me. Then we were sitting on one of the sofas, and they said since she was not staying at the hotel, she had to leave! First time it has happened at a hotel.. and I travel a lot!
