Perfect location. A pretty short walk from the train station along the river. A quiet road but easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Lone travellers are often anxious about ending up in a worrying location and I was no exception. My fears were groundless, I felt safe and confident walking to and from Poseidon.

Not many vegan options at breakfast. This isn't unusual and I appreciate that we are in a minority so I was prepared with my own supply of emergency biscuits. Be aware that there are some vegan options hidden away that you have ask for but I didn't find out about that until it was too late.

Old-fashioned in a charming way and very up-to-date in terms of outlets and USB plugs near the bed. Big shower with a door so that the whole bathroom does not get wet when you wash up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, a nice shaded deck area that you can use for a drink or a bring-in meal. Breakfast is extremely complete and the breakfast dining area is spacious as well.

The windows only open a few inches for obvious safety reasons. Airflow is thereby limited, but a quiet fan is provided which certainly helps on a warm night.

Breakfast was good for the price. Buffet had enough options for the size. Maybe improve biscuits and the baker sweets which were not present. Room was great for one night. It was small but not less than what we needed. Out room didnt have a closet, but since we were staying for a night it wasnt needed. I guess depending on the duration that might change. Location was spot on, and hospitality too!

All okay If I have to say something maybe the corridor smell was different, but not bad. The room smelled nice. I jusst say this to put something, but no problems to be honest

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel! We had a smooth communication prior to my stay at the hotel (and all my questions were prompty answered). Our room was clean, very nicely decorated and we had a nice view from our balcony. Breakfast was included in the stay and and it had lots of options, including vegan and gluten free. Loved the vibe and the overall look of the hotel! And it has a perfect location! I would definitely stay again, so I can 100% recommend!

I got a smaller room than I usually do when I have previously picked the double economy, I thought that would be bad but actually the room was very comfortable to be in, it was very quiet and cozy, I also need darkness to sleep well and I was happy that during the night the room was very dark. I really like this hotel, it is very comfortable, have all you need, I particularly love the fact that you can cast on the tv, I had the chance to watch a documentary I have been wanting to see for a while. The rooms are always super clean, the bathrooms are just bright clean, the personal is always very kind and the breakfast as usual was fantastic. Location is perfect, in a quiet yet very central location. This is my go to hotel whenever I need to stay over the night in Gothenburg, definitely recommend it.

The location is great. We could walk everywhere. It is also right next to a tram stop if you wanted to take the tram. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly. The absolute best part was the amazing complimentary breakfast. They had so much food to choose from. All of it was delicious and the coffee was very good. They also kept it open for a reasonable time, so you could still sleep in if you wanted to.

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it was fine.

The exterior and interior design were vintage yet upkept with a hint of modernism with the flat screen TV and the A/C unit. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was easy to simply discard breakfast in favor for another hour or two of sleep.

The elevator had a hard time functioning, as in it was slow at raising us to our floor and it often made me question its integrity. The light switches in the bathroom would also not work at times prompting you to switch them several times before the light would actually turn on. Lastly, the variety in breakfast choice was lacking.

A nice Hotel, close to the Center but a quiet place, due to very good windows Perfect breakfast, with all things you need and some more. Nice and friendly service personal. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom clean and well equiped. All in all a nice stay for two nights.

It should be clearly stated on the main page that the parking in the parking place (external, 8 Minute walk, no problem to reach well) is not possible for van or car higher than 1.94m. You can try with a MB Marco Polo or T5/6 with integrated sleeping roof, but I would not recommend. You will get stucked on deck A :-( We checked by measuring. So you have to stay outside near the Hotel and pay official prices. :-(

This was our second time in less than 6 months coming to stay in this perfect little hotel. The rooms are very well decorated and clean. The breakfast is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located in the perfect part of the city to explore by foot or by tram. I can not recommend this hotel enough. One of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.

The only thing lacking in my opinion would be a small fridge in the room to be able to keep cold water and drinks and some snacks cold. It is an old building and there is no air con, but there was a nice fan already in the room when we arrive and it was perfect.

Breakfast was incredible- lots of wonderful options from fruit, breads, yogurt, meats and the best Swedish pancakes. Location was the best part, easy to get to a bus stop and very close to town. Staff was very friendly and nice and helped us multiple times. Loved my daughters single room with the turquoise modern decor.

Our double room was smaller than expected with no place to put a phone, water, etc at night next to your head and no where to charge items at night. Very small thing, but we would have liked a to-go cup for my coffee and something to put a sandwich in on our last morning as we had to grab breakfast and leave for a train. Not a big deal as we were happy to have a great breakfast to choose from.
