Very central location. It recently changed management and the staff were very responsive via phone and text. It was self serve (codes for doors) and it was very smooth. Clean and functional, not luxurious but good value for money. Fantastic location

Directions were a bit unclear for finding room 12 as it is in a different building to the rest but once it was found it was perfect.

The location was great; close to the city's downtown

Put shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bathroom. Have more comfortable chairs. Send the updates not only to the email by also to the phone (I missed the unexpected email with important info about the hotel and got into the hotel because the cleaning person, by luck, was there when I came).

Coffee made my day, thanks for that! Clean and quiet.

Bed was little bit uncomfortable, but maybe it's just my preference.
