It was clean, decent size space/room was great and easy to get to the city centre for location. Godoy transport hun area too.

I wasn't happy I had to replace all the bathroom amenities (handwash, shampoo and conditioner) as housekeeping seem to missed this small detail wasn't enough towels for two people either. The queues to book in was crazy around 4pm. I think you need to put more staff on booths or find a device where you can self check in like your in an airport since your hotel was massive to make it go faster in my own opinion.

Accommodation was clean and very stylish. The location close to the station was great, but there is a reconstruction of the central station going on right now. The room was bright with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, but without the possibility of opening. The breakfast was great with a lot of options even for people with a vegetarian and lactose-free diet.

The room was very small with not a lot of space for unpacking or hanging clothes. The room had no phone for communication with the reception, no slippers, and no bathrobe. The bathroom had no heating and no complimentary cosmetic kit.

Huge and brand new hotel, very silent and with great facilities. Room was bigger than expected, with a big and high window to see the surise. Good furniture and linings. I could take advantadge of the complimentary bicycles which defenitely is a plus in a hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, served in a very big and charming parlor. Staff very friendly and diligent when it comes to get a solution to park the car.

The location of the hotel is a bit uncomfortable, I mean, it is next to the Central Station of Goteborg and not far from the city center but the access to the facilities it is not very pedestrian friendly, specially if you come with suitcases (a lot of big roads crossing and next to a industrial state). One thing I did not like is that they did not serve eggs to your liking in the breakfast, just the overocooked scrambled eggs in the tray of the buffet. I would have expected it in a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, has an excellent lobby, and a nice roof bar. The breakfasts are perfect. The staff was kind. The room is spacious. Outside the hotel there are some roadworks, however, the city centre is close.

We took the family room for three nights. The major issue, which was unsolved by the staff is the room we received and the one in the booking had different photos. Namely, the one we received had an interior view which I would call 'deep interior' as you could not see the sky outside. At booking some photos of the room were of our room, some of the room with cityview. 'They gave us not that room' - I went with that guess to the reception. The lady at the reception told me there are just two such family rooms, the other also with interior view. She apologised and was kind. Good point for her, unfortunately, it seems something went wrong. In such a place, it should not be the case. Dear Manager, fix it!

I'm sure you've seen the reviews of the rooms, bar, restaurant, and great working space. Yes, it was all really, really beautiful, cool, nice, and exceptionally good. But I'm going to write a review on the breakfast for a special group of people! Those blessed with food allergies like myself... The breakfast was insanely amazing for me, I have never been so excited for a big buffet. I have lots of food allergies so to see a pretty large section specifically for those who have allergies or are Vegan or Vegetarian was very exciting, and I highly commend the people in charge of coming up with idea and delivering great quality. Honestly the breakfast area for allergen protection alone was bigger than some small entire continental breakfasts I've seen in my life. There was nothing I couldn't eat some version of because there was a refrigerator completely filled to the BRIM with alternatives. Dozens of boxes, options for non lactose, dairy free, dairy alts, mayo alt, cream cheese alt, butter alts... I cant even remember everything that was in the fridge. Also, they had some special breads and crackers, then special knives and cutting boards and toasters JUST for these foods for those hyper-allergic. Thank you so much to whoever was responsible for this. I absolutely ransacked your buffet and it was the first time I've been able to do so in years. Thank you! If you have food allergies I think this place is a safe place to look into booking with.

I didn't care too much about this, but as a heads up, for such an expensive city, it would've been nice to be able to store my leftovers from dinner in a fridge in my room.

Best Hotel of Our Northern Europe Trip! Our family took a two-week, six-city trip across Northern Europe, and this hotel stood out as the best among all the places we stayed. It’s very new, with an incredibly high ceiling that gives the entire space a bright and spacious feel. The lobby is absolutely stunning—modern, stylish, and welcoming. Among all the hotel brands we experienced in Scandinavia, Scandic quickly became our favorite. This particular location exceeded our expectations in every way. From the design to the comfort, everything was thoughtfully done. We would definitely choose Scandic again for our next Scandinavian adventure!

It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Central Station, but it’s well worth the effort.

- New, fresh, nicely decorated room - Room is compact but good enough for a short stay - Comfortable bed - Very clean - Silent - Breakfast is great with a lot of options. The bread was fresh and delicious

- The location around the hotel looks ugly, with lots of construction happening outside. Even though it is close to the central station, the 12-minute walk from there is not very pedestrian-friendly. On the other hand, if you have luggage, you can take a 5-min cab ride. - Bring your own toiletries and shampoo/shower gel, unless you want to smell like old men's cologne. No shower cap, cotton pads, etc, are available in the room. - The hairdryer is kinda useless - The room would be perfect if it had a mini-fridge - The Paradiso pasta I ordered at the bar (on the reception level) didn't taste good. The meat was tender, but it just tasted bad.

Really great hotel, has everything you need and a fabulous breakfast. Breakfast is huge and chaotic when it’s busy. Massive but cosy dinner/drinks/hang out area for anyone to use, food and drinks options are plentiful. Fantastic features and facilities all over the hotel. The room itself is brilliantly thought out, very new, clean, spacious, and well designed. Every little thing has been thought of. Fabulous duck egg colour in the room, gorgeous windows and a good view (minus the building works). You get excellent value for your money. I would 100% go back again. Currently the site is in the middle of a lot of works, but that’s not a problem really as the area will look better in future. The building works also aren’t loud enough to have caught my attention or bothered me too much so there much be good insulation in the building.

Nothing at all

Loved our stay here! We really appreciated the availability for early check-in as we came to the city quite early to explore. The front desk staff was genuine, friendly and communicated clearly. I loved the lobby, it was very open yet cozy and there was a lot of natural light during the day. We decided to get some drinks in the evening as well and found a spot even though it was busy. There's a lot of space in this hotel. Clean bathrooms in the common area. I liked the closed off spaces in the breakfast area and the latte option for breakfast too.

I missed the availability of bathrobes, I kind of forgot my lounging clothes so it would've been nice to have one. I did not notice anything offering them on request but granted, I did not ask either so I'm not sure if there's even an option. There's really nothing that caused me issues at this hotel and this bathrobe issue is also just a me problem so there's nothing negative to say, really.

Our last breakfast we booked for 9am. It looked like the staff were maybe setting up for a function but they didn’t say anything so we sat down with our coffee and juice and headed up to get food. When we came back they had cleared all our full things and not said anything. So we had to go back and get them again and sat elsewhere. Then they started clearing away the breakfast items and move stuff from the coffee bar. We felt rushed. But no one had said anything otherwise we may have booked breakfast earlier.
