The very nicely furnished room and bathroom were extremely fresh and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Smooth handling of the bathroom equipment and windows. The communication with the host was very smooth and easy. We very much appreciated the option to access the common and well-equipped kitchen, for ex. with the possibility to make tea and coffee. The location close to the tram (and therefore City center and ferries), nice ICA supermarket, and in a nice neighborhood is great. Our second stay (this time in winter) was as nice as the first one (in late summer) and we noticed the kitchen was even better equipped.

Because of the proximity to a highway, one can hear the car noise from the room going to this direction, when opening the windows.

I recently spent 2 nights at this charming small hotel. The place was immaculately clean and offered a calm, quiet relaxing atmosphere. While there was no breakfast service, complimentary tea and coffee were available, which I appreciated. Located about 20-30 minutes from the city centre, it provided a convenient base for exploring. The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city.

Nothing to complain

The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms & bathrooms were clean and had enough space. There was a shared kitchen, which was fully equipped. The city centre is reachable by foot (~5 km), but also the public transport was less than a kilometre away.

The only thing that bothered a bit was the stairs to second floor (were my room was). The stairs were spiral & very narrow footing, so it was a bit of a challenge to get the luggage up. However, if you're traveling light, that won't be an issue.

Cozy and very clean house and rooms (and bathroom which was included in our two bed room). The room was nicely decorated, bright and had a two super comfortable single beds, and even a nice small private balcony. We very much appreciated the very good connection (and therefore the feeling of being very central, although somehow remote and a bit away from Göteborg city center) and were pleased by the fact that it was quiet at night so one could sleep well with the window open, despite the proximity to a highway (our window and balcony were directed to the left side of the house, so it might be different with other rooms). We did not use the wooden veranda outside the house but it looks like a nice option to sit directly at the property as well. It was also nice having the option to use the kitchen with fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker. We very much appreciated the decent friendliness of the host(s) - the check-in and out was extremely smooth and had exactly the right time length from our point of view, in a sense that you found an open ear for every question you had, but could quickly proceed with your plans for the arrival day afterwards :) Smoothness also best describes the check-in and out and access/key procedures as well as overall communication. Just perfect for our 2 nights stay! The easy connection with the cable car to the city center, as well as to the ferry terminal (5 min walk from the house, 20 min each way) was highly appreciated. Big ICA supermarket is in walking distance 10 min away, through a nice neighborhood. Hope to be back another time soon!

I must say that i was pleasantly surprised when i got there. The place was impeccably clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts Frans and Bibi were welcoming and loving hosts. The tram station was just afew metres away from the villa and this made my movements alot more seemless and hustle free.

The stairway is a bit narrow and steep.

The hosts Frans and Bibi were very kind and helpful. The room was very tidy with bathroom so one need not share bathroom with someone. TV was in the room and I must say very good internet connection. Kitchen was very nice and tidy and every morning breakfast was already prepared and waiting in the fridge. Location is very good. Close to tram and bus station. Also restaurants and supermarkt are close. My recommendation to all new guests.

I wouldn't say anything bad about the accommodation because everything was top.

Villa is in a very good location (I spent 6 months in gbg in the past and know the city quite well) 20 mins by tram to the center, direct access to running/cycling path, 10 mins to Saltholmen to go to archipelago, 1 km to amazing viewpoints above the Barbour and bridge, yet with space for parking, terrace and safe + calm location. There’s fully stocked shared kitchen and Frans or Bibbi will always help you with anything. We would also recommend that pizzeria nearby. Would give it a 12 if booking allows it :)

Everything! The flat is adorable and clean. The host was very friendly and recommended the route for visiting Archipelago of Gothenburg. The room has very good sound proof and I couldn't hear anything from other people living at the same time. The location is perfect for people who want to visit the archipelago. It's easy to go from the city center and not far from Saltholmen Brygga.

The location was very close to the city centre if you enjoy walking - approx. 3km from Slotskoggan and 4km from Haga, which for someone who enjoys walking a city like me was good, with a decent walk through Gothenburg getting to enjoy some residential streets before hitting the main city. Being away from the main city also meant it was quiet. For those who might not wish to walk, there was a tram/bus stop very close by, and the hosts were very willing to assist with travel directions/support had I needed them. The room was very spacious with a good sized bathroom and plenty of room for bags without tripping over things, and a good sized desk for laptop use. The breakfast bag was very good, and handy coming as a bag which could be collected from the kitchen when ready for it rather than being at a set service time - this provided a lot of flexibility (I personally am not a big breakfast eater so being able to have this slightly later for brunch was much better for me). I drove from the UK to Goteborg and fell asleep very quickly on arrival as a result, the beds were comfortable enough to keep me asleep until my alarm the next morning.

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet location. Great location in-between Salthomen (for southern archipelago) and central Gothenburg. Lovely breakfast bag - a sandwich, yoghurt with granola, and orange / apple juice. Free self-serve tea and coffee.

Fruit in breakfast bag would have been great.
