The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the Brescia train station, making it ideal for quickly reaching the trains that provide access to the Lombardy and Veneto regions. The hotel is elegant, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is rich enough to give you a perfect start to the day. It costs €7 and can be paid at the end of your stay, unless it's already included in your reservation. The room was very spacious, consisting of two connecting rooms, so four people can stay very comfortably. Especially since each room has its own bathroom, safe, TV, and fridge, with water in the minibar (€2 per bottle). It was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. Housekeeping is done daily. A very successful stay. Thank you!

Maybe a softer pillow would be a nice add.

The receptionist during night time keep asking us why we’re going out! this is out of his business first of all and he’s been keep asking me for 20€ for a parking ticket when we checked in in the morning they just asked my document as a deposit! i asked another parking ticket for another car using a different passport as a deposit and he was being so rude! we’ve spent half n hour arguing with him for no reason and he was being rude as well! amazing service for the rest of the staff but we actually had issues with one receptionist!

Very spacious rooms and immaculately clean. They are equipped with a desk and wifi. It provides everything someone could need for a business trip. There is a nice lounge and a restaurant of great quality. The breakfast provided is delicious. It is in a good location, close to the railway station, and local commute and with a parking nearby. Although, it is a little far from the historical city center in case you have time for a stroll.

Maybe some parts, especially in the bathroom will need renovation soon.

Convenient location to train and bus station it made travelling out of the city easier. The restaurant was really good had breakfast buffet in the morning lots to choose from. Dined there one evening and it was absolutely delicious

The hotel bathroom wasn't like the photos They need to be refurbished tiles missing grout was dirty water drainage was really slow and it took ages to clear.

The room was spacious and bright. It was very comfortable to stay in. I had an issue during my stay where my phone was stolen while I was on the train. Cristina, the receptionist, was extremely helpful, and she was able to find us the contact details for the train operator. But she then went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately, no one at the train operator spoke English, so Cristina phoned them on my behalf and explained the situation to them. She then wrote everything down for me in Itlaian so I could report the theft to the local police. During a very stressful situation, Cristina was extremely supportive, and she made the whole situation much more bareable. I can not thank Crisitna enough!

In the first room, the was an issue with the draws provided. However, the staff very quickly moved us to a new room which was perfect.

Breakfast was fantastic. It wasn't super fancy but had a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. It had very healthy options as well. Room was very spacious and comfortable. It actually matched what the photos advertised, and I greatly appreciate that part.

I have no legitimate complaints. Would be cool to have a balcony one can walk out on, but I'm no architect or engineer. It's not even really a complaint because I didn't even think about it after first noticing it was just a window. It's proximity to the train station far greatly outweighed the lack of some luxurious view.

The A/C was appreciated. Traveling in Italy in early August is super hot and humid so returning to the hotel and relaxing in the A/C was amazing. The hotel location is also great. It is a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 10-15-minute walk to the center of town.

Breakfast fantastic friendly staff, minimal intereaction Location excellent and very near to transport and tourist information. On the whole it was a pleasant experience.

Due to proximity to Train and Bus Station, area can feel a little too crowded and felt intimidating for a first time visitor like me.

The Staff was extremely supportive and eager to help. We booked a family room for 4 and we got two interconnecting good sized bedrooms. The rooms were extremely clean with neutral modern decor. The beds were also clean and comfy. The room temperature was comfortable and could be self controlled. The location was excellent and just two minutes walk from the Train station. There were lots of HALAL restaurants around the hotel. There was ALDI supermarket located just 2 minutes walk from the hotel from where you can buy food and other essentials. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Please note that hotel charges an extra cash amount under city tax whereas city tax was already collected by Booking.com. Collecting city tax twice times is a bit dodgy.

Good location, easy acces to train, bus and metro. Nice staff.

They charges us for two bottles of water that were not even touched in the mini fridge. I hope it was a mistake (I was too tired to argue).
