We stayed in a charming traditional house nestled in a lush, green landscape, truly a peaceful paradise. The only sounds around were birdsong, the gentle flow of the nearby river, and the distant chime of an old church bell. Our host, Michela, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. During our stay, her family gathered on the terrace to celebrate a birthday and kindly included us in their celebration, offering us delicious homemade pizzas and focaccias. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. This place is a perfect escape for anyone seeking tranquility and authentic hospitality. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of fresh fruit and sweet options. However, it would be even better with a few more savory choices, such as cheese spreads, eggs, or similar items, to balance out the selection. Just a small suggestion for an otherwise wonderful experience!

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, the bathroom modern with an amazing. The room had all you need for a short stay, maybe except for the fridge that would be a good addition. The AC worked perfectly during the heat wave (33+ degrees). The breakfast served in this b&b was very simple (don’t expect much from it, since it’s not a hotel), but you had some things to choose from and the area with tables had a great vibe and a view. I recommend this place :)

Lack of fridge in a room, pillows too flat and squishy, not so comfortable, I would definitely change them or add more than just two. Also, one more bottle of water for a room would be great (there was only 1 small bottle).

Breakfast was great and fresh. The building and rooms are very well built. The view from the BB was great. The location is also very close to a very nice local restaurant. Neat and very beautiful building and location.

It may not be ideal for older people and the parking for unloading luggages can be tricky to access since it is on a steep and narrow private road with sharp turn; it was challenging for an MPV.

The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was spectacular. They were very kind and attentive. The view and the location were amazing.

Superb house, family owned, classic and with great view of the valley. We loved to have our own diner and breakfast at the tables outside. Our room (Uva) was exceptional, it was one of those experiences that will last for a long time. We did enjoy the cycle path that starts right in front of the hotel and follows the river until the sea. We loved Chiavari.

We fell in love with building :) Property's location was convenient for us since it was in our way during a multi-stop car journey. Very comfortable and quiet stay. Room was spacious and classy.

Please check the location well. It worked great for us but may not for everyone.

We really enjoyed staying at the Rivarola guest house. It’s calm and quiet, and the porch was really cozy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was freshly made that morning (baked items)! Yum! We had the larger room (master bedroom with an attached room with 2 twin beds). Bathroom was massive and has obviously been updated. AC was nice (we were there in July). A very quiet, cute town. We had a view of the river across the street. There was parking but the road from the main street to the top was steep (fyi).

The wardrobe was squeaky, but easily fixable.

Our room was very spacious with a bathroom that looked recently renovated. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice - continental style. Coffee and tea was made fresh to order. Ample car parking on the street as this B&B is tucked away.

We encountered an issue with water pressure - between the hours of about 9-10.30pm on a Friday night there was not enough water pressure in our bathroom to even wash our hands. The air conditioner was also unusually noisy.

The room was beautiful and spacious with a superb bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the hosts are lovely welcoming people. Location is 5 min drive from one of the best restaurants in the area, definitely worth staying at the B&B for that alone
