Excellent service. We stayed at this mini-hotel for three days. Our room was cleaned every day. The furniture in the room is ordinary. The room has a large bed for two, next to the bed there are two bedside tables with night lamps on them, an armchair, a wardrobe, two chairs, a TV, and a table. There is an air conditioner, in the evening it was turned on a little to warm the air in the room. Breakfast is included in the price. Usually it's coffee with a huge delicious croissant. You can make a sandwich with butter and jam. There are also yoghurts. Great. The hotel is not far from the station (15 minutes walk), from where you can go to Syracuse on an excursion or to the airport.

I don't recommend leaving anything in the refrigerator. We left cheese (packaged) and an open pack of olives. The next day they were not found.. Probably the staff thought that the previous guests of the hotel had forgotten them))

I loved the place, it was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was in a good location. Beach was 5-8 minutes walk away, with a sandy beach an hour walk away, but buses and transport also run close by. The central was about 30 minutes walk away, which wasn't too far, was good to walk a bit every day. The breakfast was very cute and lovely as well.

The location in the outer city wasn't too clean, especially on the way from the bus stop, but it wasn't unbearable. Only backdraw is it is an apartment with 4 rooms, with people staying in each of them, so you do have some company, but everyone was mostly quiet and very friendly.

The staff was helpful with everything we wanted. The location is close to the Catania Centrale train station and the Galatea metro station, from the location you can reach the center in 20-25 minutes on foot or in 5-10 minutes by metro. Location in a safe area. Clean room. Breakfast.

External private bathroom (room 3), we knew about this fact but because we tested this for the first time I can say that we did not like it. Nonstop noise, no soundproofing, the street was noisy early in the morning.

- Good location - Simple but fine room with clima device - Clean - Breakfast was good - Quality-Price (36€ one person one night) was pretty good I would stay again under similar circumstances

- In my bathroom there was some humidity signs on the wall/shower - It was not a super quiet place (although it was not too bad/problematic)

Room was comfortable. She cleaned the room every morning. Airco saved us. Even though we didn't use It, there is a metro station in the residence street.

Breakfast has just sweet stuff. No cheese, eggs, ham. We had to buy these stuff to not get a sugar rush :D There's one external bathroom where people slamed the door every morning which was really boring for those who wanted to sleep. I think the owner should advice that.

I booked this place last minute and I couldn't choose better place! It was quite close to the station. And you could walk in center of the city in 20 minutes! I was very satisfied with the breakfast. Thank you for this amay stay!

Very clean and neat. Really very good looking, very helpful and nice staff.

The only thing which could be better is having our own bathroom in our room, we needed to go out of our room to the hall. If we knew this when booking we would ask for a different room for sure.

The place was very nice, the bed is comfortable, every day is cleaning day :), breakfast very good, location is good, close to the sea but close the major road and to the center, I absolutly recommend.

I chose Perla Sicula because it was near metro and bus stations in Catania. We had a late check-in so the host gave us instructions regarding how to enter the building and the apartment which was very convenient for us. We stayed in a room with big private bathroom where the facilities were new and well maintained. The thing we liked the most was the cleanliness, not just of our room, but the whole apartment as well, which definitely exceeded our expectations! Every morning the towels were changed and the floor was cleaned. The AC in our room was really welcoming because the weather in Catania was quite hot and humid as well. The breakfast was a buffet-style with tons of options to choose from, found in a common room, where the AC was always on in the morning and there was a lot of natural light. We always had a complimentary croissant besides the buffet. Each of the rooms got its own dedicated table. The host knew English well and helped us a lot for finding the right beaches and the right bus line to get there. On our last day she even let us leave the suitcase in the apartment and pick them up before going to the airport. Can't thank her enough! The value for the money is just right and this is really the Sicilian pearl. Grazie mille di tutto!

We booked for late arrival into Catania. The process to collect keys and access the building was very secure and easy to follow. Tania, was very accommodating, providing additional information for Airport information and Taxis. The rooms were a great size, very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included as a buffet selection which was well suited to our needs.
