I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Florence! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from all the major sights, with plenty of charming cafes and restaurants nearby. It made exploring the city so convenient. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. One thing I really appreciated was how organized the host was. They sent all the instructions well in advance, including detailed check-in information and local tips, so there were no issues or confusion upon arrival. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Sun Frediano B&B was a perfect stay during our two day trip in Florence. The location of the apartment was perfect in the Frediano area, with nice restaurants close by and a bit “calmer” area with less tourists. The apartment was clean, good AC and all we needed for our stay. We got breakfast tickets to a cafe 5 minutes walk from the apartment, which seems like a really popular cafe with a lot of pastries and sandwiches. Barbara the house manager was really helpful as well and caring. So appreciated the helpful and warm service they provided :)

Great location in relation to the city centre and good neighborhood with plenty of traditional restaurants to eat at. Breakfast at Pasticceria Buonoamici is a lovely daily experience, like being at home. Thank you to them as well for their service and friendliness. The rate has been quite low at the time of our stay, so good value for money. It has been a very good alternative to the most traditional hotel accommodation. However, towels are replaced daily, for whom prefers that and the rooms are serviced on the same daily basis, so nothing different to a hotel. Very good communication from the management before, during and after the stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is well equipped with plenty of toiletries and good water pressure. Common areas with generous tea, coffee, water facilities and touristic maps free of charge. A common fridge is also useful for the usual bits to keep cooled. The property deserves the scores it has. This accommodation was a fantastic experience and a very positive one. Our host Raimondo was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He gave good advice and recommendations when we asked for good tips, and we followed them all with great success. We stayed at the accommodation for a week, and every day had new and unique experiences in Florence and in nearby cities and places. We recommend everyone to stay here, and you get value for money. The breakfast offer was also very nice and welcome. We were given vouchers for each day which we could redeem at one of the city's better pastry shops, where we could choose what we wanted to eat each day. I liked that it was relatively close to all the main attractions (couple of minutes walk). The staff was so helpful. We had an issue with some tickets that we left in our room after we had checked out and they found it very quickly after we informed them. we were able to leave our luggage after check out while we visit some other attracions.

Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with cleaning the room. we were given a key to the room, we locked the room but when we arrived at night they had not cleaned the room, I am not sure if it was because we locked the room, however in other similar stays that was no issue.

The selfcheck in /out was really easy. If you are traveling by car, there is a shorttime parking, to load off your baggage couple of meters away from the Hotel, before de ZTL Zone, so it is really helpfull. Our room was cleaned everyday , which was new to me. At the reception you have tea, coffee and water at your service for free. The air conditioning was lifechanging, we had 36-38 degrees outside.

The air conditining was a little bit loud during the night. The shower was a bit moldy, but It didn’t bothered me so much.

This was a good value for your money in Florence. Many of the hotels are very expensive, yet this was more affordable. Check in was easy. Very big and clean bathroom. Wonderful airconditioning. We enjoyed the water and espresso in the lobby. Self-check in was easy and staff was available to speak to via Whatsapp.

We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the staff. The room was clean and had a good condition.

The only thing that we were disappointed with was the quality of the WiFi (very slow and unstable). Perhaps, it's a common issue in Florence, but still, it's frustrating, so I can not recommend it if you are planning to work from the hotel room.

Toilet seat needs replacing as it has a loose attachment which made it slip. Water damage on ceiling from apartment above. This didn't detract from our stay

Nice modern rooms. Water barrel and tea and coffee available in the hall. The owner was very helpful. When we asked for some specific information about the monuments he called the tourist info centre to give us detailed information. Location is also good, just about 10 min walk from the historical centre. Many restaurants right in the street of the accommodation. Breakfast in local pasticceria is a nice touch.
