Clean, nice room. Friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to city center

Before check out, on 9 o’clock in de morning while we were out on breakfast, the cleaning lady came into the room to clean and took all our belonings. When we came back she was still in the room cleaning. We got our things back but she was not supossed to come clean and take our belongings while we still haven’t checked out. It was a misunderstanding of course, she thought maybe that we left but it didn’t fell right. It wasn’t even checkout time, we still had 2 hours left.

Love the hotel, perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff. Welcome us with beautiful simle. I request early check-in since I arrived early to Florence, without any additional cost, they confirmed that my request approved. They provide us with an amazing 2 rooms connected, since we went their with our 2 children. Wonderful rooms, corridors with lovely doors. Breakfast were included with amazing variety of food. I recommend the hotel 💯. Footpath, shops, river all close to the hotel, walking distance perfect. It's quite hotel and not crowded area. Sure, when I will visit Florence soon, I know where to stay.

Beautiful hotel - I appreciate the style and attention to details everywhere, including the lobby and the bar. We got a free room upgrade to an excellent room, but photos of other rooms look similarly nice, and they have really thoughtful and eye-catching design, with a lot of practical details that make staying there really pleasant. Location ain't bad either, it's 20-30 minutes walk to the city center.

Staff was... weird. Not quite "unfriendly", but almost so, compared to any other place in Toscany we were at. Bar was barely attended (as in: eventually somebody took our order, served us and disappeared again; tried on two nights).

a very good location - 15 mins walk from the Ponte vecchio. It's in a very calm part of the city, but still a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe a little bit old but in a very good condition!!! The staff is very friendly and responsible! Definitely will back here!

I think others would like to improve breakfast but for me it's not important! Everything is very good! Thank you!!!

Very grateful for a comp upgrade to celebrate my birthday. Pleasant and low key staff allowing you to get on with your day. I think I would like the location in summer to avoid the crowds however in winter I'd recommend staying closer to district 1 if you came for sightseeing( it's a very brisk 30 min walk to get to Piazza del Duomo for example).

Not sure why the place has 4 stars as no sufficient facilities - no spa or option to use the bar throughout the day.

Interesting hotel. For 2 days of incident with a small budget for me it was an ideal option. The staff is responsive, understood my terrible English, breakfasts are delicious - lots of everything. The area is quiet, 20 minutes from the historical center.

Such a stylish designer interior, but which is already falling into disrepair, furniture is deteriorating over time, plumbing creaks. I would like to wish you - updates over time!

The breakfast was really good. It would be better if there were more vegetable options. The location is amazing, and the facilities in the room are very comfortable.

However, the middle-aged man who checked me in was extremely snobbish. I would prefer not to be judged at a hotel, especially without any particular reason.

Overall experience is acceptable. Breakfast is wonderful. They have a small parking lot which make the transportation very convenient. The receptionist is kind to call us a cab.

The one step stair in the room is confusing. I worried about it the whole night because I am afraid my parents might fall down when they go to toilette during the night. The front desk is not that thoughtful when they assign me and my parents/kids to separate sides of the building. After 20 mins discussion/negotiation, they finally put us together but in different floors.

Breakfast was lovely and location was nice and quiet and in easy reach of the centre.

The only problem for our stay was the way the air conditioning was set up. It wasn’t on during the night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We were able to open windows, which resulted in mosquitoes. The staff gave us electronic repellents to help, and this did help the situation.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. The reason I rated it a 9 is because it is an older property and so some amenities are fragile. However, the staff and the hospitality make up for more than what's missing. Also the location is great as it is only 20 minutes from the town centre. I will definitely prioritize UNAHotels properties for future travels in Italy. Thank you for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable!
