For the price, it couldn’t be better. I was visiting Florence for only a couple of days as a solo traveller. This was by far the cheapest option, and it is still *really* good You get what you pay for, but I do think is about as good as it gets for a single room that was only €100 for two nights

The external bathroom is annoying (but not the worst, it’s still private after all). The location isn’t amazing - it’s relatively close to the main sights of Florence, but the neighbourhood feels quite run down and not that safe. There’s not much to do less than a 20 minute walk from the place

Luigi is a great host! He's one of those people that make you feel like you know each other already. He was very helpful and available. He prepared useful info and a map that we used as a tour guide through Florence. The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The parking space was directly below our balcony, very convenient. There is a tram stop very close to the apartment which takes you to the city center for 1.70€. It's B&B, so we didn't expect a kitchen, but there is a shared are with microwave, coffee and tea, that was unexpectedly useful. There is a pretty big convenience store just next to the apartment.

There is a lovely balcony, but it's overlooking the convenience store parking lot. Not very exciting view, but at least there's a balcony. (Just as a side note, the parking lot might sound busy, but it was actually very quiet, and the whole room was quiet and easy to get some rest.)

- Good location, approx 20-30 mins walk to the main centre, which is along Arno River which is quite nice in good weather :) - Clean / nicely decorated rooms with everything you would need bed/bathroom wise - The host is lovely! Very responsive via Whatsapp and introduced himself personally in passing during our stay, which was nice

- It was very loud unfortunately, we could hear everything outside as well as everything going on in the corridors :( If you are a light sleeper this is probably not the place for you.

Very Clean and easy access to the bus station, in a secure neighborhood and also nicely decorated

External bathroom is far away from the room so you have to cross the entrance hall to reach it. The second issue it is advertised as B&B and there is no place for breakfast and if you want to have the breakfast you need to pay extra money that is served at one of the cafeteria I assume so it is not a B&B… and lost internet so many times so have to change my travel plans in order to be able to catch up my work 🥲

Great place on the other side of the river but close to town. E-bike ride is about 10 minutes, walk is about 30 minutes. Clean and charming. The owner is fantastic and the communication was terrific. Little supermarket behind the building-very convenient and excellent coffee shop on the corner. Will stay again if we come back to Florence.

Location cleanliness and comfort was good. They gave us a map of firenze and favorite places to eat pizzium is the one of the best and also budget pizzas we have ever ate in our italy trip. We couldnt have found it without our hosts help. It was definetly worth money

Bathroom is private but you external so you have to dress properly to go to bathroom. And slippers would be good. I wish i had my hotel slippers just downside is that i guess. So bring one 🤣

Luigi the owner was super helpful. He helped with restaurant recommendations and booked us a taxi when we asked. The room was nice and clean and offered enough space for the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Location is fine - not right in the centre but within walking distance of train station and to the centre which you pass plenty of bars and cafes to stop off at if you wish. The breakfast from the local bakery was great.

It was a little noisy. I was woken quite early both mornings from either other guests leaving or people outside the property. Although there was access to a fridge, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room itself but no big deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Florence, where we were greeted with a warm, efficient check-in that set the tone for our stay. Luigi’s communication was always prompt and helpful, and readily available to assist with any requests or inquiries or local recommendations. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Luigi. Notably, after I accidentally left a personal item behind, he answered my text almost immediately and arranged for its safe return - an incredible display of dedication. This B&B offers a unique blend of a comfortable base to explore Florence and a cozy atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Given the exceptional service and the personal touches that were so prevalent during our stay, I highly recommend this B&B for anyone planning a visit to Florence. It’s location also allows for quick access to highways so you can explore Tuscany by car with ease.

While the B&B was located slightly away from the city center, it offered a tranquil retreat without being too far from Florence's most popular attractions (and close to local restaurants and bars). So, there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the B&B.

Luigi was fantastic host. He gave us a map with great recommendations about what to visit and where to eat. He knows exactly what a visitor needs! The room was clean and big enough for two people. We had also a balcony, which was a great surprise for us. And we had the chance to park our car with a small cost. Luigi thank you very much for the hospitality! We hope to see again next time!

Amazing! Me and my partner came for our anniversary and we were met with a little Prosecco bottle and a lovely clean room for us. Luigi was amazing, so helpful and so kind. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence would definitely go back in the future.
