The hotel was in the perfect location to walk down to the waterfront and to the train station. Within a three minute walk from the hotel is the train to Genoa and access to the gorgeous, long coastal path which you can take to Nervi beach. Also, if you turn up the street the other way you have easy access the town and restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The staff were kind. The balcony in our apartment was perfect to sit out on and enjoy a coffee and take in the view of the sea. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Parking included on site was key for our family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to confirm our requests on our reservation. While we hadn't planned on it, we were able to eat dinner at the hotel, and it was very nice. The hotel room was a nice size and worked well for a couple and their 1 year old child. The breakfast was perfect and exactly what we expected. If we are ever in the area we would definitely return.

The bed a bit firmer than we prefer and starting to show its age. Our balcony had a ocean view, but it was small and difficult to maneuver when more than one person was sitting in the chairs. However, neither of these two things would change our opinion of this hotel being excellent.

Excellent location at the heart of Ligurian riviera. Rght next to the train station that opens an easy way of transportation in either direction along the coast. Very friendly stuff. Nice and clean rooms with a nice balcony and a wonderful sea view from the majority of rooms. Great breakfast and a possibility for a lunch-dinner food plan if desired. Excellent place to spend a few days and recharge in very relaxing atmosphere of beautiful Italian environment.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was very nice and abundant (for Italian Standards). Service was also good with attentive and helpful personnel apart from the night shift receptionist.

I am really sorry to say that the overall good impression was dented by the individual serving night shifts in the reception -simply put, one of the most rude and unpleasant person we met. If handing room keys, helping to store luggage, being respectful to guests and explain regulations in a courteous way is not your cup of tea you should not work in the hospitality industry. We got the impression this person was forced to work here against their will.

Traditional holiday hotel in an excellent location just steps from the train station, but perfectly calm and quiet. There are parks close by, also the beautiful Anita Garibaldi seaside promenade. Staff are lovely, and there's (usually) plenty of parking in the grounds.

Breakfast was good, however, as in most other hotels, there's far too much reliance on single-use plastics. Hotels everywhere need to get real about the climate emergency and plastic pollution.

I am glad I changed my mind, cancelled the hotel I had booked city centered for this one. It was fabulous, walked the promenade, enjoyed nature and water. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and dinners if requested in advance. I had the train station a few feet away from me with beautiful views to the water!

The hotel is 50m from the train station and an easy five minute walk to the Parchi di Nervi (park) so it was perfect for my needs. The main shopping area is a five minute walk away and easy access to the scenic boardwalk and harbour. A standard continental buffet breakfast spread.

Only hard boiled eggs available at breakfast, another option would be good.

The hotel was staffed by friendly, helpful personnel. The property area was surrounded by stately , impressive villas and a half block from the famous promenade which we strolled high above the rocky coast to town and also to Osteria Del Duca which was mighty delicious. The heat was adequate and elegant breakfast room served a plentiful assortment. .

The twin room configuration was unusual, the bathroom tiny, and the parking tricky.

It was the highlight of our trip staying here! The staff are lovely, the location is fabulous, and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and were great about giving information on the best ways to explore the coast. The rooms are a little rundown, however, they were tidy, clean, and the views out the window were exceptional.

Near the train station. Walk out of the train station, look to the right, and it's up a small hill. Beautiful view from my room. I could see the water from my room. The breakfast was good with a large selection. Staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was larger than I expected. It had an elevator. It was close to the water (train was between hotel and water, but I didn't hear the train). The town had a nice promenade to walk on. Close to restaurants.
