Stunning location, beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff, delicious food and lovely pool and spa. Relaxed atmosphere. Extremely relaxing In every sense. The music at dinner was fabulous and there was a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The beds were a little hard and for a 4 star hotel I’d have appreciated a kettle in the room. Our room had a tiny shower room with little space to put anything. It did however have a lovely big balcony. Even with half board the extras bill could be quite big as everything goes on tab and the hotel is very remote. You can’t walk to a shop to buy some water or have lunch. Having said that the shuttle service to Forio and the beach is really helpful. Both of which are 20 - 30 minutes away

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent, very responsive, and did a great job of arranging our transportation from the train station in Napoli. They also were very helpful in telling us about the area and interesting places to visit. The pool and lounging area was very nice. The bar is a professional bar with skilled people ready to serve you.

The only thing that could have been better would be to have access to the sea close by. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea facing west so the sunsets are great. But to reach the sea, there is a bit of a walk. This may have been only for the week we visited. I understand that usually there is access quite nearby.

Decently sized outdoor pool for swimming and a cozy indoor thermal pool. Stunning views from the sunbeds and not too much noise. The staff was helpful and mostly very kind. The free shuttle between the hotel and Forio is very useful. The dinner menu changes every night and offers a good variety and satisfying food including a generous starter buffet. Freshly prepared omelets and fried eggs were marvelous.

The pools were a little dirty, particularly the walls of the outdoor pool. Interaction with the staff could at times be considered rude but it could be a matter of cultural differences (e.g., not addressing/asking women) and language barriers. Both dinner and breakfast offer vegetarian options but choice/variety is limited (e.g., no vegetarian spreads and no fresh fruits for breakfast). Vegan options are practically not available. It is not quite clear why the shuttle to Forio cannot also pick up new guests from the port.

1. The spa and wellness was perfect. 2. Delicious breakfast. 3. Overall cleanness and visual look of the hotel were excellent as well. 4. The hotel is more or less on a brilliant viewpoint over the see and the cliffs, this creates unique scenery and view from hotel's pools, relax zones, etc.

1. The hotel's Internet capacity and speed were very low (so so for web browsing, but for work it was impossible to use). Since the location is not covered well by GSM network I had to take a car into the nearest city to take a few work video calls over the LTE/5G. 2. The entrance to the see was somehow closed due to reconstruction, but since we were there before the season time to visit multiple therme/spa resorts, it wasn't a big deal for us (on the other hand during the season, it will be the issue)

All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They make a real effort to welcome you and look after you.The food is so plentiful and delicious and is very good value- not sure how they can do a 4 course evening meal for 20 euro but that’s what dinner cost if you eat at the hotel each evening. The hotel was full but there is plenty of room for everyone around the pool and the gardens. The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel is really pleasant and the bedlinen and towels are nice quality and smell good. Air con means you can cool your room very quickly.

While the location of the hotel is impressive, high on a headland with brilliant views across the sea, it does mean traveling around is not so easy. The hotel provide a bus which is very helpful and taxi’s are easy to find at Furio but it’s not really feasible to walk to anywhere from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Room was lovely and clean very comfortable. Towels changed daily which I must admit I love while I am away. Food was great.and we will definitely be back

The hotel location is quite isolated from the local town centres, offering peace, tranquillity and great sea views. We found the pool areas tidy and well-kept at all times. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and was overly available to help us at any time. Shuttle bus to Forio and nearby beaches was a plus.

Overall, the hotel and room furniture is in a good state but would need renovation. Directions to reach the hotel could be better signposted; the road is quite difficult to follow if you're visiting the island on a scooter on your own vehicle.

Everything perfect: value for money! Great dinner, breakfast, personnel and facilities! Very clean and welcoming. Great variety of pools, thermal pool, with outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff ready to accommodate any food intolerance and very kind/professional. Caffè buonissimo 🇮🇹

Small gym (cardio only), weak wifi in the room

Breakfast had a great selection!! The staff was very friendly and gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation for the gym, restaurant and bar- They were also very helpful with arranging my ferry from Ischia back to Pozzuoli

I wish my stay was longer!! Looking forward to staying there again and exploring the beautiful Island- 3 days just isn't enough!!

Felt like we were in a movie! Or on a ship! Those views!! The Terme, pool and Spa are lovely. The staff, especially Rosanna, were very welcoming and helpful.

The lighting in the lobby, bar and restaurant was full on LED. Could be greatly improved by changing it to more atmospheric lighting.
