All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They make a real effort to welcome you and look after you.The food is so plentiful and delicious and is very good value- not sure how they can do a 4 course evening meal for 20 euro but that’s what dinner cost if you eat at the hotel each evening. The hotel was full but there is plenty of room for everyone around the pool and the gardens. The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel is really pleasant and the bedlinen and towels are nice quality and smell good. Air con means you can cool your room very quickly.

While the location of the hotel is impressive, high on a headland with brilliant views across the sea, it does mean traveling around is not so easy. The hotel provide a bus which is very helpful and taxi’s are easy to find at Furio but it’s not really feasible to walk to anywhere from the hotel.

Decently sized outdoor pool for swimming and a cozy indoor thermal pool. Stunning views from the sunbeds and not too much noise. The staff was helpful and mostly very kind. The free shuttle between the hotel and Forio is very useful. The dinner menu changes every night and offers a good variety and satisfying food including a generous starter buffet. Freshly prepared omelets and fried eggs were marvelous.

The pools were a little dirty, particularly the walls of the outdoor pool. Interaction with the staff could at times be considered rude but it could be a matter of cultural differences (e.g., not addressing/asking women) and language barriers. Both dinner and breakfast offer vegetarian options but choice/variety is limited (e.g., no vegetarian spreads and no fresh fruits for breakfast). Vegan options are practically not available. It is not quite clear why the shuttle to Forio cannot also pick up new guests from the port.

1. The spa and wellness was perfect. 2. Delicious breakfast. 3. Overall cleanness and visual look of the hotel were excellent as well. 4. The hotel is more or less on a brilliant viewpoint over the see and the cliffs, this creates unique scenery and view from hotel's pools, relax zones, etc.

1. The hotel's Internet capacity and speed were very low (so so for web browsing, but for work it was impossible to use). Since the location is not covered well by GSM network I had to take a car into the nearest city to take a few work video calls over the LTE/5G. 2. The entrance to the see was somehow closed due to reconstruction, but since we were there before the season time to visit multiple therme/spa resorts, it wasn't a big deal for us (on the other hand during the season, it will be the issue)

The hotel location is quite isolated from the local town centres, offering peace, tranquillity and great sea views. We found the pool areas tidy and well-kept at all times. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and was overly available to help us at any time. Shuttle bus to Forio and nearby beaches was a plus.

Overall, the hotel and room furniture is in a good state but would need renovation. Directions to reach the hotel could be better signposted; the road is quite difficult to follow if you're visiting the island on a scooter on your own vehicle.

Shuttles to beaches, breakfast buffet, spa treatment on sight but facilities you use alone were kind of hit or miss on if they were working but massage was great. Good food and drinks. Amazing view by pool

Some solo spa facilities, everything inside hotel I'd dated. Expensive, fat from everything

First of all, I was completely satisfied with the dinners - a choice of three first and second courses - and the Italian cuisine. For us it was like tasting Italian - maybe more Neapolitan cuisine. And on top of that, fantastic appetizers in buffet form.

We don't know of anything that needs improvement

The hotel had all you needed for a relaxing holiday. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The courtesy bus was a bonus.

gorgeous location, landscaping was well-maintained and artistically designed, access and flow of the hotel and spa and bars was well-thought out and easy to navigate

our scooter seat got dripped on from pine tree sap, so maybe considering letting people know in those areas would be helpful

Beautiful hotel and very helpful and friendly stuff - they organized taxis, covid tests and even pizza delivery for us :) (thanks again). very big pool and nice pool area, beautiful view from the pool area over the sea. beach club scanella very close by. free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach citara and the city forio. room was very clean and with a big a generous terrace.

the pictures here on booking.com are not up to date: pool had another decoration and the umbrellas and chairs are different (they are green and white now. on the pictures here they are blue). we had no car so we usually walked to the next bus station (about 30 minutes) which can get a little exhausting over the time (shuttle doesn't run too often). but overall very nice experience at the hotel.

Everything, we liked everything. The hotel is really amasing, the view is very beautiful, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and you have a lot of facilities. If I will come back to Ischia, for sure I will come back here.

In the morning Could be some noise, but not from the road, from the hotel clients. But this for sure is not the problem of the hotel, the clients can make less noise.
