We stayed at Cà Pinotta just for one night, but we were absolutely satisfied with everything! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite our late arrival (after 8 PM due to traffic), they stayed in touch with us and made sure we felt welcome when we arrived. They also gave us helpful recommendations and travel tips, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious — with homemade pastries that made it feel extra special. The location is very convenient and parking was not a problem. With such warm hospitality, it's definitely a place we would love to return to.

The location is a village high up in the mountain, and - as is common - requires driving through narrow and steep roads. But the village is (also quite common) so picturesque and offers (weather permitting) many breathtaking views. We arrived in pouring rain and fog so didn't see much but the following day had lovely weather. The house - which is run by two industrious kind, friendly and warm women - is lovely. It is tastefully and artistically decorated. The room is spacious and comfortable. To cater to breakfast - the owners put in quite an effort - including baking special cakes and cookies for us. When they saw there's no way we can consume them all they offered us a plastic bag to take these with us. Any questions we had the evening before regarding nearby restaurants - were promptly answered and in detail (even though it is quite clear English is not their mother tongue - they work hard to answer). We chose this location from a map - because we traveled by car and it was between two destinations we were visiting in The Lake District. It was a pleasant surprise.

the driving and parking (in pouring rain) was challenging but really quite normal in these northern villages (we later learned this was actually not the tightest or steepest we had to contend with). Also the absence of a 'welcome' or 'entrance' or 'reception' sign had us fumbling around the building in the rain - but we eventually found the buzzer to enter - probably easily remedied.

The owners are friendly and very welcoming. The room was big enough for our 2 nights and very clean. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast made by Stefania. Both Stefania and Irma have been very sweet in suggesting us what to visit in the area and we would like definitely be back again at their Ca' Pinotta. Simply the best you can find in the area!

Ca Pinotta is a lovely BandB located in a small lovely village high in the hills above L Magiore. The room and facilities were very good. The mother and daughter hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there is on site parking. The location is away from the bustle and traffic of being alongside the Lake, but close enough to visit by car.

The house was located in a small peaceful village in the hills above Lake Maggiore with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The bedroom was beautifully furnished and the bed extremely comfortable, with a modern ensuite shower room. Our hostess was delightful and provided us with a sumptuous breakfast. On departure she handed my wife a bouquet of flowers carefully selected from her garden.

the staff is very helpful and welcoming, we felt like at home. clean room and comfortable bed. it's nice that they provide coffee machine, small fridge, tea, water, biscuits, tissues etc. in the room for free which is very helpful when you are tired after travel. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. the breakfast was super good - high variety, not only sweet things which is rare in Italy - they even had good tea. The staff is serving you at breakfast. they offer home-made cafes with fruit from their own garden. Ca pinotta has a really nice garden, I recommend it for families with kids. The staff speaks Italian, French and English and is very friendly. very nice quiet area. good price for the quality.

What can I say about this B&B: - the best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B: homemade cakes/pastries, fruit juice, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheese, bread, cereal, yoghurt. Exceptional - the breakfast will absolutely set you up for the day! - the hosts (mother and daughter Irma and Steph) are just the loveliest people. Again the welcome from them is the best I have experienced and I have been travelling for 4 months now. It felt like being at home with family. I happened to have a job interview whilst I was staying and they genuinely took an interest in how it went! Lovely, friendly people. - the room was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would expect. Bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby! - was given great recommendations on places to eat and attractions/sights in the area. - was even given some cookies as a gift when I checked out! One of the other guest stays there every year - I can see why. I hope to return one day! If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in a picturesque quiet village in Italy with an amazing view then this is the place for you.

They are very nice and caring. The breakfast was delicious, it was a lot of good food. They were sweet for the children and helpfull. Beautiful place, so much to see. We will come back.

Everything was perfect

It’s located in a small but extremely picturesque town pretty close to the lago Maggiore. The host are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and the rooms are clean and have everything you need.

What a beautiful location. Stephania and her mother were exceptional hosts and were thoughtful to provide anything they could to make my stay better. The breakfast was amazing and the value of the stay was beyond my expectations. I hope to visit again and bring others.
