New property. Spacious. Two pools. Vineyard. Great wine tasting experience, very personalized. Good breakfast. Staff preparing veggie and fruit juices on site which was cool. Very authentic dinner experience with good chef. Enjoyed very much the shower and generosity with toiletries

Really difficult to find and incorrect location on Google maps. We went through a closed road that completely scratched the car. Still a bit new and certain things can be better coordinated. Staff are kind but could be better trained to be more professional (front desk personnel only)- missing info wifi, breakfast times, hotel offerings, etc. We waited a long time upon arrival for check-in. Key card mechanism wasn’t working properly. Bedrooms in main building lacking intimacy. Windows are very exposed. Furniture was contemporary but basic. Didn’t go well with the Masseria spirit (IKEA looking). No spa facilities.

The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our honeymoon here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the private pool came with the most breathtaking view. The entire property is tastefully decorated, and every detail felt thoughtful. Breakfasts were delicious, and dinners at the restaurant were excellent, the desserts especially were sooo tasty! Housekeeping was done discreetly while we were out for meals or at the pool, which made everything feel effortless. We loved the little touches: a bottle of wine on arrival, daily chocolates, complimentary focaccia at lunch... even the sun loungers by the pools were exceptionally comfortable. We honestly struggled to leave the Masseria during our four-day stay, we were enjoying it that much! A huge thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon so special. We truly hope to be back one day!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. It started with the welcome at reception and the tour of the property and our rooms. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 23 - 60 and we all felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Our breakfasts were delicious as were the poolside meals and we enjoyed the most delicious dinners at Masseria Auraterrae. Attention to detail is everything - our daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay and received a special treat at breakfast! We loved our pre dinner drinks with Saverio, the breakfast boxes we were given for our early departure and the attention to detail at all times.

That we only stayed for a week - we wish we were there longer and we will be back!

We had an amazing time - the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The setting is beautiful, overlooking trees and fields with the sea in the distance. The staff were all friendly, helpful and made us at feel at ease. We had some great conversations with staff, and the cocktails at the bar served were amazing. We were really sad to leave, and would definitely come back.

Nothing except it would have been great to have a bath in the room :)

This property was immaculate, the grounds were stunning and so well looked after. The Italian country charm was enchanting, from lavender gardens, winding stone paths and whitewashed buildings. The property features only 22 apartments and you barely cross paths with other guests. Set just out of town from Polignana a Mare which was in hindsight the best choice, Polignana a Mare was so busy with tourists event though it was October, staying outside of town was a relaxing escape from tourist hotspots .

We were travelling with our 5 year old and the options for him for dinner were very limited as it was fine dining restaurant on site. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, fresh cooked croissants, omelettes and fresh squeezed juices. We would have dinner in town before returning to the property . Wine list is amazing also !!!

Absolutely loved the property, the restaurant was superb for dinners & Breakfast. Peaceful rural location. Friendly staff, amazing grounds and landscape, distant sea views, everything brand new.

Pools were not heated, both personal and resort, not good as weather cooled. Charges to use sauna. Rooms and bathrooms small especially the suites.

Masseria Auraterrae was one of the most exceptionally beautiful places I’ve ever been. From the moment I was greeted in the driveway by the manager Franco to the moment we left it was a dream. No detail was spared in the reimagination of the property - the incredible grounds and buildings, the room design and furnishings, the menu and food, the service. All of this and more made for an incredible experience. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Beautifully recently renovated Masseria located in the middle of vineyards with an amazing view on the sea . It is a small ‘ boutique’ hotel with 22 rooms which it is never crowded at breakfast / dinner and at the pool . Probably the best part is the staff , they are very friendly , competent and proactive . The local food and wine are great . I was surprised by especially the red wine and the Brut d’Arapri .

Beautiful location and wonderful facilities, 2 pools with sea views... and the staff were wonderful. Fragrant of lavender and rosemary on the breeze, exceptional restaurant, and a Donkey called Roberto in the grounds - what more can you ask for?
