Location, location, location. We knew going in we'd be trading off a bit, getting a little more street noise because we were right in a very popular area. But the benefit of being right in the middle of a terrific dining and shopping area was key to our family's enjoyment. Walks to major sites were on the long side, but we enjoyed seeing the city on foot and at no time felt like we weren't right where we wanted to be. Breakfast was excellent, the staff accommodating, room a touch on the small side but not unexpected given location and the age of the buildings.

Mozart Hotel is a boutique hotel in the best part of Rome, where you can walk to any point of Rome for 10 minutes, in addition to being very close to the square where you can use buses and public transportation. The behavior and morals of the hotel staff are excellent and you will really feel like a queen or king in this hotel. Very antique and unique items are used in the design of this hotel. You have a very good breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is completely classic and exactly in line with the style you are going to live and see in Rome In terms of air conditioning, the room we were in was a room that had a split system, so it had good air conditioning, but it is not as good as air conditioning that is ventilated by central air conditioning. Note that the standard hotel rooms are very small and the space is only for sleeping, so if you want to have a lot of fun and enjoy the hotel and its facilities, you should definitely choose the. Superior rooms and above. And finally, don't ignore the jewel of this hotel, which is its beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. I suggest you to use the terrace and its excellent and delicious menu in the sunset

I had given your room to me, it was a very big room, but unfortunately, the window was on a wall and there was a loft at the bottom of the window, which was full of garbage, and this made me feel bad, so I don't want open the window but But I think there are one or two of the hotel rooms that have this problem. The hotel as a whole is very good and I recommend it to everyone if you can find a good offer, because it is not worth it: pay a very high price for it.

Lovely staff, housekeeping staff did a lovely job every day, fresh bottled water topped up in fridge. Breakfast superb such a great variety of items and staff very helpful. Great coffee. Room very nice had our own private patio.

It says wheelchair accessible. It is not. You can get into lobby and lifts. But then there are steep steps around some areas of upper floors ie, one to get to breakfast room. If you use a wheelchair and can't get out to do steps you will not be able to go to the roof terrace.

Our room was in an annex to the hotel. We checked in at the main building and a staff member walked us over to our room. We exited our building directly onto Via del Corso. Location is excellent. Very clean also and daily cleaning was done. The room was very large and comfortable. We arrived in Rome hours before check in and were able to drop baggage at the hotel before going out to walk around. When we came back to check in, the staff had placed our bags in our room. The service was very good.

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but taxis were more difficult to obtain than we expected. We wanted to get a taxi to Roma Termini when departing, but the hotel front desk was not able to get one for us. The hotel is near the Spanish Steps, which has a marked taxi stand and we also were unable to find a taxi there during our stay. We arrived at Roma Termini at 0600 and had no problem finding a taxi at the station to bring us to the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and the location was great. They comfortably fit a family of fours, which is hard to find in Rome.

The elevator doesn’t reach the floor for some rooms, so there are some steps to be taken on any trip. The staff has bell service to help move the luggage up the stairs , which was very helpful.

Fantastic location, walking distance of major tourist attractions and excellent cafes and gelaterias. Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel could hold luggage after checkout and called taxis. Located next door to a music academy so had wafting sounds of classical music during the day.

Had a very confusing call re apparent noise complaint in the middle of the night. Apparently the call came from reception but I didn't get to the bottom of this during our stay. I didn't follow up my complaint as I was happy with room/services otherwise. Affected my sleep a lot on the first night which I was very unhappy about. I hope it actually came from outside the hotel, since it was a groundless complaint and I'd expect the hotel staff would investigate personally instead of calling randomly. Very peculiar.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Also used local laundromat before embarking on our cruise. Roof top restaurant was good, convenient. Local pharmacy was helpful. Most of staff were pleasant and helpful. Car serviice from airport to hotel and hotel to port was exceptional.

Now that we have been to Rome, Italy, I would request a floor level/inside apartment. Being on the street side was a bit noisy at times. Other then that Hotel Mozart was perfect for our touring plans, walk to all.

Room was in the annexe with a great view of the Via de Corsa. The aircon worked really well and super comfortable bed. The hotel rooftop restaurant and bar was a really welcome area. We had drinks there every evening. My friend I was travelling with has some medical issues and this was dealt with so well by the bar and restaurant staff. They even went to the extra assistance of arranging for some special soup to be made for my friend who has a feeding tube at present and can not manage solid foods.

We absolutely loved the Filipino staff, especially EJ who took care of us and was very warm and kind. We also liked how near it was to everything. Just go outside and you can find restaurants, and the Spanish steps! The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well. I haven’t tasted eggs like the scrambled eggs they made at Hotel Mozart. Very fluffy! So good. Our room was so quaint and cozy too.

It was very difficult to get a taxi to take us to the termini. Maybe because the frontage of the hotel isn’t on the main road. But the good thing was we were able to walk to the Spanish steps and get a taxi there. The only hard part was bringing our heavy luggage on the cobblestones of Rome. Also, no slippers were provided and the floor was cold haha

Mozart reserved our 2 rooms on a moments notice for our 7 day stay. The rooms accommodated our request for 1 of the rooms to have double beds. The room was perfectly equipped, comfortable bed & bedding. Staff was very pleasant particularly the dining room staff each morning. Location is perfect, quiet yet in the hub of Rome. We would stay again absolutely!
