Split level suite was fantastic, really enjoyed stay in Rome, breakfast in hotel very good... location great.

Jacuzzi in room wasn't working 1st night and we had issues with it on 2nd night aswell. It was a really disappointing as it was quite expensive and only booked this room especially for jacuzzi..

Nice clean and welcoming property. Good sized Junior Suite room and hot tub in room. Plenty of breakfast options Evening musician Max, was really good

The Spa was closed for refurbishment which wasn’t corresponded to us. Large part of booking this hotel was for the spa, had we known the spa would not be open then we would have probably not booked to stay here

The hotel, spa, restaurant and piano bar were lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, fruit, juices, pastries and cakes, oatmeal and yogurt. American coffee and espresso drinks. The staff was professional and many spoke English. The spa was clean and easy to use. The sauna, steam room, rain shower, and jacuzzi were all lovely and relaxing.

There was one staff member who was a bit unpleasant. I made a mistake and she made a scene in front of other staff and guests to try to embarrass me. The issue was easily resolved so I’m not sure why she took the approach she did.

Breakfast is diverse, delicious, and the coffee is very fragrant. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean and very spacious. Good service, impressive. i made the right decision by choosing here. Want to go back again

It might be a bit far if you have to go into tourist attractions. Most people call Uber but get scammed by Uber. You have to be careful of scammers.

Staff were so good here, very attentive, even returned a lost hat, very grateful for this, really like the use of the pool and the grand hall for the drinks. Rooms were nice and cool after a really hot day and the showers were very good, very powerful.

I feel as if the tv’s need the capability of smart tv, the use of Netflix and Amazon, in 2025 At a 4* hotel just seems like a normal thing to most places I have stayed, so it was surprising to see that this wasn’t a thing. Also I believe that the rooms should have a tea or coffee facility, the mini bar is there but the prices just aren’t reasonable considering there are shops around the corner for a fraction of the price, but most hotels I have stayed at the same star have at least tea and coffee sachets or an espresso machine, but I feel like this might be too much for the hotel to cover. No welcome waters which most places we stayed offered but not this one.

My family and I liked most of our stay in the hotel. The Junior room, where we stayed, was spacious, clean and given on a balcony overlooking a nice greenery space. We also liked the pool area, listening to piano playing in the evening, a nice and helpful staff, at the restaurant during breakfast, dinner and at the front desk. We liked the location, walking distance to transportation, great restaurants and gelaterias. We liked being able to buy snacks and fruits near by.

We did not like much the breakfast contents. I was expecting to see Italian specialties and variety of fresh fruits not canned fruits supplemented by oranges and apples, mass brewed coffee. It seemed to us that it was too Americanized then Italian.

Loved the piano playing in the bar area and the swimming pool was lovely at the end of a hot day. Location was close to the bus station for the sightseeing bus and about a 15 minute walk from the Spanish steps with all its shops and restaurants. Rhamus was fantastic and definitely saved the hotel from lots of complaints on the Friday. Booked a massage for my husband and he said it was amazing.

The staff weren’t particularly friendly on first arrival but seemed to get better as time went on (we stayed for 3 nights). On our last day there was a meeting booked in the bar area so it could only be accessed via another entrance which wouldn’t have been a problem but firstly it was closed and staff initially refused to serve us as they didn’t realise what was going on. Rhamus saved the day as he realised when he served us the drinks that the pool area was so busy (there was a transport strike) he kept coming out every hour. No one else seemed to care about customers using the facilities. Lighting in room was poor and not enough fruit (that wasn’t chopped up) for breakfast, think both of these have been mentioned before.

Breakfast was fantastic, fresh produce and great selection . Always fresh and regularly replaced. Beautiful building and stunning bar area with a lovely pianist. Pool cold in April but from Scotland so was perfect for me, sure it will warm up in next few months . Lovely spa. Staff were fantastic. Went over on my ankle looking at the stunning architecture and not the wobbly cobbles. Staff provided me with ice anytime put on my swollen joint. Will definitely return

Nothing to add

The hotel is beautiful and had a fun pool deck that my family loved using in the hot weather. Good location in a very busy part of Roma - walking distance to plenty of landmarks and great restaurants. The hotels' morning breakfast was a delicious spread with tons of variety, coffee service and mimosas. We spent a few hours in the hotels' spa which was peaceful and clean and actually got busy. Two hours visiting the spa is probably a sufficient amount of time and was a fun way to relax a little bit. Our room was fun with a rooftop deck that had an amazing view of beautiful, busy Roma.

Pool-side food and beverage service would have been a plus. Instead of having to walk in and out of the hotels' grand lobby for any meals or drinks while on the deck. Not a big deal - the servers were really polite and accommodating.

Really great hotel for the price point. Location was good for walking to everything - well, not the Vatican, but easy enough to reach fantastic spots like the Trevi Fountain and Parthenon. Good value breakfast with lots of choice. The pool was a great bonus, considering the weather was lovely and for a Brit like me, easily warm enough for swimming. The rooms were turned down every day and towels changed, which I like. Visited the spa and that was really nice too - had a lovely facial and enjoyed hanging out in the thermal pool. Max the pianist was fab. A really good experience!

I had a terrace room and the terrace itself was a bit shabby with plastic chairs. Could do with a few plant pots to jazz it up a bit!
