The location is perfect. The room is cosy. But for that price it could have been better.

In the room there should be better utensil. A better kettle, bowls, cups etc. Plus, by refreshing the room everyday, they could leave bottles of drinking water. Capsules of the espresso machine were not fitting . And if you re using nespresso machine, there should be nespresso capsules. Coffee quality was not ok.

The room was modern and comfortable. The staff did their job, and was responsive when we texted them with questions or needed advice. Breakfast arrangements excellent. Location could not be beat. Excellent.

The "design" of the hotel seemed unusual and was not what I expected. It was 5 rooms on one floor of a building -- where each different floor is a different hotel. There is no "hotel lobby" for Suite della Pigna, and no "round the clock" staffing. Staff is primarily reachable by text, and show up by appointment! While this arrangement was unusual, they were prompt, reliable and kept their appointed times. One problem: one particular hotel in the building, "The Talent", provides staff for the ground floor entry. One of the members of their night shift was especially rude and unhelpful. His tone was harsh and threatening. We learned to avoid him.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and modern. The bed was a memory foam and very comfortable. There was some noise from the street, but they provided ear plugs. We did not use them, and just had the air conditioning on which drowned out most of the noise. The breakfast is offsite at a cafe about 2 blocks away. The food was decent, and the gentleman even made fresh squeezed orange juice for my son. Coming from the US, I was very impressed by this. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This isn’t a typical hotel with a lobby, it’s a couple of rooms on a floor of a building. It would be nice to have a more formal lobby with staff onsite.

The l9cation was excellent and allowed us to get around to the sights easily. The breakfast at Vivo was excellent. The breakfast at Bibo was OK. The hotel staff was friendly and took excellent care of our needs. Thank for your service.

I was have liked to have had breakfast in the hotel instead of off the premises but I understand. That was not noticeable when I made the reservation, however I was satisfied with the on-site staffing.

There was no breakfast. Do not book with breakfast because they don't have it. The location was great

They made it look like there was a bedroom and living room but it was just one large room and the balcony was very small Also I booked it with breakfast included with booking.com but they did not have any place for breakfast

We loved our stay—the room was clean and spacious. The AC worked wonderfully and the balcony was a nice perk! The staff was very responsive and made check in easy.

Luggage drop off wasn’t very secure but we didn’t have issues. You take your luggage to the third floor and leave it in the hallway with a ring camera. I think the floor only has suites for Suite Della Pigna, but still just something to note if that’s a concern you have. Also, my husband said it could be a little loud at night but I was so tired from the jet lag, I didn’t notice. We would still stay here again!

Only breakfest it was not so good calculated because we have to go out of hotel and there are not many things to eat ... we have to pay then if we would like to drink 2 esspreso 😂. anyway we stay there 4 days and we eat breakfest there only first day.

The staff member who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. When we arrived in our room, we were so impressed - they are HUGE with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The rooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. There was a coffee maker in the room which I really appreciated. A perfect room in the heart of Rome. We will be back!

Because you are located downtown, it can be noisy at night. However, the hotel provides you with earplugs which helped with the noise. It should not deter you from staying in this fabulous place.

The apartment is pretty big - so is the bed. It is stylish (lights, marble, wood etc). The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The best value comes from the location, right in the city heart. It is at walking distance from the Coliseum, the Forums, the Trevi fountain etc. Just perfect. Good walkers (not with small kids) can even walk up to the Vatican. Numerous restaurants not far.

I am sensitive to noise for my sleep, as I live in the countryside so, as the apartment is surrounded by citylife, it can disturb some people but if you are good with that, that is ok. Anyway you walk so much during the day that you fall asleep at one point of time ;-)

Location! Near SO many historic sites. Very central location. Room was spacious for Europe AND US standards!. Staff was helpful (Called Taxi to get us to the Vatican Tour). Maid service was a 9/10. A/C worked so well we had to turn it down!

Not a fan that staff wasn't available until 2 PM and had us leave our luggage in an unsecure area for 3-4 hrs while we went sightseeing. If they're aren't going to be available, at least have a secure room with a PIN code to get in and store the luggage.
