A precious little family hotel in a quiet location right between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. The bus stop is right outside and also the Trail of Kisses - a gorgeous pedestrian trek to Portofino with fabulous sea views. The hotel is very chic, old fashion respecting good old values of comfort and quality service. Breakfast was my most favourite experience - you are served with love by the family themselves. At the end they offered us a lovely bottle of Limoncino, mane with lemons from their own orchard. Loved it! I look forward to returning there again. Thank you for the most welcoming stay!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property itself. Just be mindful that it is located in Paraggio, a very small place with a small very posh private beach and this can limit your choices especially in the evening. However, it is very easy to go to Portofino and Santa Margherita and the bus runs until midnight every 15 minutes.

The quaint location of Paraggi was perfect for us, just outside the business of Portofino and Santa Marguerite Ligure. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. There is a beautiful walking path to Portofino from the hotel.

We were there over a very busy, popular weekend and the bus running through Paraggi from Portofino to/from Santa Marguerite would not stop in Paraggi because it was already too full. Be prepared to walk a couple miles to Santa Marguerite in that case.

We really enjoyed staying in hotel Argentina. The location is perfect for exploring both Santa Margherita and Portofino. Breakfast and coffee were amazing and hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located just across the road from the beautiful sandy Paragi beach and various trekking routes round the area. It is 25 mins walk to Portofino and the rote is stunning. We will definitely return sometime soon . Thank you Argentina.

everything was perfect

Second time staying at this cute little hotel in the best spot of Liguria! Staff is always super helpful and sweet. Our room had a window view to the hills and the trees, beautifully peaceful. Just a few steps from best beach clubs and restaurants. Very good breakfast.

For us everything was good, but as a warning for other visitors the shower is super small and there’s no elevator in the property.

Lovely room, lovely staff. The room was so spacious and clean and the external private bathroom was great too. Lovely walk to Portofino (take the pathway that goes high into the trees - think it’s called the walkway of kisses) and also if you don’t want to pay to use Paraggi beach there is a free one just a short walk away (in direction of Portofino) - we loved it here!

No hot water one night but think this may have been due to a storm. Did message about it but didn’t hear back.

Breakfast excellent and great italian coffee. Close to the beach. Close to Portofino. The pedestrian track convenient and nearby so you can walk to Portofino. Also, close to Santa Margueritta. There is a good bicycle track and pedestrian track to walk there. Car park close by but very crowded so reserve in advance.

The bedroom and the bathroom were separate. It was only for our use but it was not in the room so you have to go out of the room to go to the bathroom.

The owners were so nice and polite, even gave us small gift of olive oil, The breakfast was excellent, the room like victorian, staff friendly, close less than 1 km to portofino, they help us with any questions, I recommend the hotel more than 100% Special thanks to them 🥰 Wafa Sabri & Monty Wahab

This hotel is really a hidden gem in Paraggi beach, located behind the main strip of more expensive hotels and well managed by the lovely couple of owners Vincenzo and Rita and their excellent staff. This is really a three/four star hotel, and NOT a two star as rated in the adverts. Owners and staff are all so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother, especially when we had to stay an extra night. Great location just across from the public beach, and the best one near Portofino which is within 30 minutes walking distance. Nice, but expensive restaurants nearby, and an excellent breakfast here too. Good bus service runs past the entrance to the hotel. Treat yourself to a nice lunch at La Terraza restaurant at the Hotel Splendido very worthwhile for the quality food and views from your table. Avoid the wines which are expensive, if you wish to keep the bill reasonably affordable! Two course lunch for two with water only is approx 170Euros including gratuity.

I love the location as it is between Santa Margherita and Portofino. The hotel was elegant and cute. Small and clean decent rooms. Nice water pressure (I love the shower). Outside the hotel is a bus stop to portofino, there is also a beach and two more public access beaches you can enjoy. Restaurants available outside the hotel a bit pricey but they have excellent service and food were superb. (I recommend Langosteria) Overall I am happy with my stay, such kind and acoommodating staff.

There was no lift so you need to carry your luggage to your room so be careful not to bring too much luggage. Rooms are small but they are decent.

This place is such a nice boutique hotel at an amazing location. We stayed for one night on hour way home and relax a bit after our bikepacking trip in Tuscany. Very welcoming staff, we could store our bikes and they assisted in ordering our pizza for the evening. Walking distance from Portofino. We would highly recommend this hotel!
