We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and had an amazing view — they truly gave us one of the best. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests. The location was perfect — within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the city center. There was also a bus every 15 minutes to Portofino, which made getting around very easy.

The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it didn’t take away from the great experience we had. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! Parking was a bit tricky but we were lucky enough to get a space on arrival!

Great hotel with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Location is convenient and close to everything. Good price considering the area is expensive. Very clean room and common halls. Elevators are the big +. Comfortable bed and bedding. Fantastic view from the spacious balcony.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room. And a small microwave would be also nice to have. It would not cost much to the property but could be a great bonus to the travellers. Also more glass coverage for the bathtub or a large curtain woud save from splashing lots water on the floor. Even when one is careful with taking shower the placement of showerhead is inconvenient. I talked to the front desk and was given loooots if towels that helped a lot and was very much appreciated. Overall great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and consistently went above and beyond. The room was a great size with a large sea facing terrace, and the facilities across the hotel were great, including bike hire and a decent sized seawater pool. Everything was always very clean. Very good all you can eat breakfast included in the booking and other food options available during the day at an extra but affordable cost. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The area is also great with lots of amazing restaurants and street food, beautiful architecture and there are a number of beaches within short walking distance offering a range of facilities. Definitely one of our best holidays!

This was my second visit here. The location is great, close to all the restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. I did think the price for one night in low season for what was provided, no breakfast and paid parking disappointing. They have signs everywhere to save water but had to spend 10 minutes with the hot tap running before getting any hot water. Rooms could do with amenities like a coffee pod machine, kettle etc just for that bit extra. Apart from my comments above staff were lovely and very helpful.

This hotel is fantastic! We visited in December and the weather was perfect, so the view from our room was spectacular! At night we could stargaze from the balcony and see the city lights of Rapallo across the bay. The bed was beyond comfortable. The staff at the front desk, especially Susanna, were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Parking was easy, the walk to the town and seaside only took about 5 minutes. The heating system was very good and the room very clean. We would stay here again for sure! Only downside, we couldn't stay longer.

I've got free upgrade to a room with sea view and big balcony. Room and toilet were very spacious and clean, pool is open from 10-19, but you can use it on your own risk outside of those hours too and the view is amazing. Upper lobby has a free-to-use piano and comfy sofas. Breakfast was pretty decent. Position is perfect and people I've talked to were really nice.

I wish I could've reserved parking spot. Another garage is pretty close, but price is double.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I only wish I stayed longer than 2 nights. I didn’t expect much and chose it mainly for the pool and a good price, but it has exceeded all my expectations!! I traveled solo and received an upgrade for the sea view with a big corner balcony overlooking the marina and the town!! This made my vacation! The room was great, big bathroom, super clean, nice smell in the room/property, everything is new. Very well maintained. The pool with the sea water and the pool area on the deck with the bar and the view - simply amazing. Great breakfast with a good choice of food was included. Location is top, it’s 2 minutes from a boardwalk, located up the hill with a great view and there’re elevators from the street to the hotel level. Very nice hotel staff!

The bathroom wasn't very comfortable. The shower inside a bathtube had an old shower head that caused the water flux not to be very straight and the position inside the bathtube caused several times to step on the bathtube drain, closing it. Overall, showering was not so relaxing as expected. A corner of the bathroom looked like a worksite: not dangerous, but even not what you expect in a junior suite of a 4 star hotel

We arrived a bit after 8 pm and a very nice lady who spoke our language welcomed us. The hotel is only 10 min away walking distance from the train station and only 2 blocks away from the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Location was great, close to restaurants, shops and the beach (also a few blocks away from the ferry that takes you to Portofino) There is also a supermarket nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony, which we didn't expect that had views to a secret garden, simply beautiful and quiet. We walked around the outdoor spaces before leaving and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. There are a few rooms that have balconies with that view and if we visit again, that would be our first choice.

Nothing really, it was all perfect. I stongly recommend if you want to visit the area and specialy Portofino. Great choice!!!

We had a water view room with a large, relatively private, balcony overlooking the marina and the whole bay. It was certainly a highlight of our stay! The staff were tremendous, especially Manuela in the bar, who was able to organise ice, extra glasses etc for us to enjoy aperitivo on the balcony. No kettle in the room, but available from reception. The nicest person in reception was Alissia. What a great asset she is to this hotel. Very knowledgable on local activities and a genuinly lovely person. Our room was large with a great bed and good bathroom.
