Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The level of service was impeccable, with the team always available, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special shoutout goes to Daniel and Primma, who truly stood out. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every dining experience a pleasure. They were both simply amazing! The facilities, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded all our expectations. We left feeling relaxed and pampered, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is so beautiful. It’s like a fairytale. The staff were so friendly and helpful, shout out to Prim who looked after us with fabulous tables with views. Mark the hotel manager couldn’t do enough for us also. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was beautiful and well worth the money for a special occasion. Breakfast every morning was so beautiful and in a magnificent room. We loved every minute of our stay.

It’s a little out of town with a steep walk up. No taxis when we arrived at the train station, so be prepared to walk to the hotel up a fairly steep hill, it’s not far but taxing. Taxis were ridiculously priced and sparse , best options were buses and trains. A courtesy bus into town would have been fantastic, as pretty much all the restaurants are in town.

Staff were really friendly and hard working. Beautiful terrace and pool area. Views were breathtaking. Hotel has old charm and character.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. No coffee machine in room. Would be nice if hotel gulf cart would take you from front of hotel rather than after the first 40 steps.

Spectacular hotel. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fabulous location with unparalleled views. This hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, trains, and waterfront. Virtually everything included in the room price and not nickeled and dimed for add on charges. No hidden or extra fees. The buffet breakfast, included at no additional cost, was amazing and seating was on the second floor veranda overlooking the water and town. Great beds, linens and towels, changed at least daily. Large bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Extremely nice pool and waterfront lounge area.

It was not an issue for us, but due to the hotel being located at the top of the hill, it was a long walk down and back up from the pool and lounge area. The hotel did provide golf cart rides for guests needing assistance. The hotel is located on the only road into Santa Margherita Ligure and the traffic was heavy.

This was the most beautyful and most amacing time we ever experienced. From the first moment when we arrived with our car in front of the hotel already the Reception and logguage personal have welcomed us and helped us open the doors and took care of our logguage and car. They were so friendly and super professional at the same time and we felt really welcomed and that they where really happy to have us as guests. Then for Lunch we stayed at the hotelrestaurant where the cheff de service was giving us a again so very beautyful and friendly welcome and took care about so many detail to make us feel in heaven and as two real royals. He made sure to play just the perfect matching music in the perfect volume in the background, he gave us such a wonderful table at the window with the most beautyful view just like in a dream of italy. Then during the luch and alltimes when we where in the restaurant he and all his colleagues have been maximal enthusiastic and angaged and made theyre work look like an elegant beautyful symphonia and allways beeing superpolite and happy and friendly. And the cooking of my pepper beef filet in front of our table by the cheff de service was a peace of art to watch and to eat with highest pleasure! Thank you again so much for the most wonderful time and this most excellent service to the whole team of the hotel and reastaurant! You have been by far the most beautyful days on our whole italy travel-vacation!

The hotel has a beautiful property and excellent restaurants.

We paid around €1,700 for two nights and were given a ground-floor room with a view of a wall. Absolutely no value for money. Because of that, we won’t be coming back.

Fantastic location, on a hill so great views. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The views from the huge terrace are incredible. Beautiful architecture everywhere. Fresh bed linen and towels regularly. Staff very attentive, hotel and grounds super clean and well maintained- they run a tight ship here !

Small points which may be relevant to others. We booked a sea view room but I hadn’t realised this did not include a balcony (this was extra) … the shutters on our windows meant we didn’t really see much of the sea despite paying for the view. The road can be noisy but the glazing shuts it all out - it didn’t disturb us at all. There are a lot of steps down to the pool/beach though there seemed to be a golf buggy service for those who needed it. Extras are expensive but we found Italy expensive generally due to our exchange rate.

The beauty of the hotel and the garden, the swimming areas with heated seawater pool as well as the paved beach area easily accessible from the hotel. Casual, delicious lunch served here. An easy walk into the town centre with lots of restaurants buzzing with life, but the hotel was tranquil. We had a room with a beautiful sea view, air conditioning, very comfortable. Loved the huge choice for breakfast sitting on the terrace with an incredible view. Service was excellent as was the cuisine.

It’s amazing experience stay in this with culture and history. Professional staff and services! I regret that did not have enough time to try all of the facilities like swimming pool and related. But visited hotel’s beach and pool, it’s a wonderful garden based with the vest view.

Cannot name anything I don’t like.

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful building, building facilities, friendly staff in abundance. Stunning!

Weird one but the omelette chef was incredibly rude and was seemingly taking his frustrations out on the guests (heard a few people say similar things).
