Arrived late at night and room given for size for 1 person shower room tiny and sink couldn’t unpack anything!Couldn’t unpack as we had a tiny cupboard and had paid and booked for a superior room - a pantry for a wardrobe Requested room that we booked I.e. a superior room. The manager reallocated us a nice superior room. Has put me off using this website again sad 😞

Initial room unsatisfactory requested what we booked a superior room. Staff helpful and reallocated us to a lovely room. After more than an hour of trying to call booking.com, management helped. 3 days later got an email from booking.com, not sure if they avoided contact or communication due to the problem being sorted by the hotel.But after a brereavement this was a very difficult and upsetting issue to solve and would not go through it again.

Breakfast was excellent. They could have some cooked food, eggs etc The coffee was excellent The breakfast room alike. The staff was super helpful

The parking outside MUST be free. Garage can be charged but at normal rates. The Manager dis a good job clarifying a misunderstanding there!

The location was excellent. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Only one member of staff spoilt our stay. She waited on in the breakfast room. She was very abrupt and rude. Luckily we only encountered her twice. Your advert says private beach which led me to believe the hotel was on the beach. Not so it's a 20 minute walk away .

Having to track down the breakfast servers for espresso and attempting to order americano and not the coffee in the pot. Shower could be cleaned better and the walls are paper thin between rooms. Knowing how to contact front desk should be on the phone or in the room. We had to pop downstairs 2 flights late at night to contact front desk.

i liked the fruit, yoghurt and juice and bread selection.

lack of complementary coffee, tea and water in rooms. Walls were thin, I could hear everything in the room next door to me which affected my sleep.

Nice decor, very clean, comfy bed and modern bathroom with shower (slippers and Prija shower gel but no cream). During my stay it was super calm but the doors are not very sound isolating, you can hear people walk and talk. The only not so great thing for me was breakfast (but I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, so life is difficult)-fruits, marmalades, crackers, cornflakes, ham and mortadela, boiled eggs, tomatoes. Some pastries were or gluten or lactose free, but not both, no scrambled eggs, no gluten free bread. For normal people the breakfast is goo I suppose.

Great location, have both underground and outside parking , great breakfast, walking distance to the beach and restaurants , although located in downtown it’s very quite and peaceful, very helpful great staff

The staff were so lovely at this hotel and we loved how grand it was. The location was fantastic and the amenities were amazing. The biggest strength of was the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff.

The rooms unfortunately were extremely loud and people would talk outside your door most of the night, there didn’t seem to be any sound cancelling aspects.

The location was excellent the gardens lovely and the staff very helpful. I had issues with the booking experience and received over nine scam emails purportedly from the hotel trying to access my credit card.

The room was small. Parking was safe but expensive.

The hotel is placed in a heart of the town and can be easily accessed. We liked the general atmosphere and the breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay at this hotel will be a nice memory!

The room was tiny, but a big terrace was compensating. Also, adding the hair conditioner to the cosmetic set would be nice 🙂
