We are really happy with our choice! Hotel located in 15 minutes from the public beach, with whom hotel has an agreement. It is 40 Euro pro person pro day, but they give you everything- towels in hotel, at beach umbrella and beach chairs. Staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful, the room looks like in photo, very charming. AC in room works amazing 😀 Breakfast was really good, fresh croissants 🥐 just one love 😍 only thing - may be it would be nice to make a sign somewhere, that eggs needs to be cooked, not everyone knows it 😀 shops and restaurants really close, like 5-10 minutes of walk, but still it is not loud at nights. Police station next building, so we felt us super safe 😀

The hotel was a very cute little one in the heart of Santa Margherita. Our main purpose of visiting the area was to head off to Portofino (which is like a 10 mins drive). After checking in and walking around Santa Margherita, my husband and I were mesemerized by the charm of the area and decided to explore it for the 3 days we were there. The hotel was very comfortable mainly due to the amazing crew! From the staff at the welcome desk who assisted us delightfully with our beach reservations and answered any question we had about the area, transport etc. To the cleaning ladies who were very sweet and always asking us when to come clean to not disturb (even though there are signs) but the smiles and hospitality of all the staff in this hotel just makes you feel at home when you're miles away! Highly recommended and you won't regret it! The valet parking facility was a plus for us as we were on a road trip. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and we loved our cappuccinos every morning. All we kept on repeating throughout our stay is that the hotel smells great which is the first thing you'll notice at check in. It's an old building which is properly maintained and equipped to be a 5 star boutique hotel honestly!

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was very convenient ! Rooftop bar was also very nice. AC was super !! The hotel can arrange transport to a gorgeous beach be club that is 45 euros per person. There are other beach clubs within walking distance that may be more reasonable.

Our room was small and the listing on Booking.con says it has a pool, but it’s a hot tub/jacuzzi that you have to pay extra for.

We stayed for one night, the hotel is perfect, the staff is great, friendly and easy to talk to. The room was amazing in terms of the cleanliness, amenities and the view as well. The location is also excellent, couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and train station, groceries and restaurants are around as well. We asked for an eqrly check in and they accommodated our request. Me and my wife were seriously thinking about extending our stay for more nights, I would highly recommend this great hotel.

The elevator is quite small and slow, but not a break dealer in comparison to the great service they provide.

People working here made it for us, going the extra mile to make our stay special. Gorgeous, modern hotel, great room, air con was a life saver! Absolutely loved the roof top bar, and again the guy who worked on the bar made amazing cocktails and made our stay memorable. Great location, 5 mins from the beach and 8 mins from the train station.

Good Position since close to some public parking places (the hotel has not its own space) and town center, but no sea view or beachfront location. The breakfast was good with enough choices and staff was very friendly. The room we got was quite big and comfortable with good conditions of facilities.

In the morning it can be noisy since the hotel is on the road and traffic can disturb your sleeping.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this hotel! The lovely guy at the front desk assisted us with car parking when we arrived, a quick check-in process and the room was super clean, comfy and quiet. Beautiful decor inside of the hotel. A short walk to a bunch of restaurants in town, the water, and easy access to the bus to Portofino. The onsite breakfast options were superb and all staff were so lovely, nothing was ever too much trouble!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tigullio Et De Milan. The hotel's central location was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, allowing for easy movement and accommodating our luggage. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the large balcony with comfortable balcony furniture. The in-room coffee was great. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast staff. During our first day, Abdul and his colleague went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions. They ensured we had a delicious breakfast with special dietary options, as we couldn't eat from the buffet. Their exceptional hospitality and service truly made our trip, and they deserve a solid 5-star rating for their outstanding efforts.

One minor drawback was that the rooms were somewhat sound-sensitive, and conversations from neighboring rooms could be overheard in the evenings. We found ourselves needing to speak in hushed tones to avoid disturbing our neighbors while chatting with friends in the room.

The staff were exceptional, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very very good and diverse. The rooftop bar was also nice, with very good cocktails. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants and train/bus station

The room is very simple and rather small for the price. Cleanliness is definitely the weakest part here, more attention should be paid to this. When we checked in, our shower seemed to have not been cleaned properly: there was still hair on the bottom and an opened bottle of shower gel from the previous client - this is absolutely unacceptable. Our room was not facing the road, but it was still quite loud even with the windows open. Lastly, the hotel is not really fully accessible: there are stairs to enter the hotel and then also a few stairs toward the elevator
