Super clean, nice rooms. The 10-15 minute walk to the sea front is a joy in beautiful Santa Margherita. The breakfast was top notch, a wonderful start to your day.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town center with plenty of shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop bar. Mario, the bartender, was absolutely exceptional. He crafted delicious cocktails and beautiful food platters, and his service truly went above and beyond. He even remembered our coffee orders each morning at breakfast and brought them to us without us having to ask; a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The receptionist was also incredibly welcoming and provided excellent dinner recommendations. Overall, the entire staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Only recommendation would be to have tissues and body lotion available in the bathroom.

Really great location, easy walk from train station and to the bars and restaurants. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, left our bags and went out. When we came back they had upgraded us to a bigger room. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. There was an outside terrace too which was great. Air con was excellent. Breakfast in the morning there was a decent selection. We came home late in the evening and even though the bar was closed they accommodated us with a drink. Excellent customer service.

Nothing but if I was to give some constructive feedback it would be to put cups for tea/coffee in the rooms. We only had plastic cups in there. But I am sure if we asked they would have brought us one to our room.

We are really happy with our choice! Hotel located in 15 minutes from the public beach, with whom hotel has an agreement. It is 40 Euro pro person pro day, but they give you everything- towels in hotel, at beach umbrella and beach chairs. Staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful, the room looks like in photo, very charming. AC in room works amazing 😀 Breakfast was really good, fresh croissants 🥐 just one love 😍 only thing - may be it would be nice to make a sign somewhere, that eggs needs to be cooked, not everyone knows it 😀 shops and restaurants really close, like 5-10 minutes of walk, but still it is not loud at nights. Police station next building, so we felt us super safe 😀

Very nice: roof-top terrace and bar, extremely friendly bar tender (who also served coffees for breakfast in the morning); also rest of staff nice and helpful. Good location, quiet but close to center and seafront.

Not so great: each time you open the room door, the main light in the room turns on - not great if you get up way before your family who'd want to sleep longer...; same with cleaning staff taking incredibly long phone calls in front of the room... Breakfast OK, nothing special, but OK - Italian style.

Overall, this is a great hotel, it left only good impressions. The hotel is cozy, the rooms are modern and clean, there is also a balcony. Excellent location close to the marina, very friendly and attentive staff ( especially at breakfast Mario and the cleaning lady and the receptionist who took me to our parking lot) and excellent breakfast! The coffee is excellent. Luckily it's not machine-made, but freshly brewed coffee. There is a very good smell everywhere.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The harbor and many restaurants/shops are within walking distance. You can either walk along the coast to Portofino or take the bus for 15 minutes. The bus station is very close to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight. There are so many options and it is really tasty.

The hotel is getting a bit long in the tooth, so some areas in the hotel and in the room are a bit run down. The rooms are rather small.

The hotel was a very cute little one in the heart of Santa Margherita. Our main purpose of visiting the area was to head off to Portofino (which is like a 10 mins drive). After checking in and walking around Santa Margherita, my husband and I were mesemerized by the charm of the area and decided to explore it for the 3 days we were there. The hotel was very comfortable mainly due to the amazing crew! From the staff at the welcome desk who assisted us delightfully with our beach reservations and answered any question we had about the area, transport etc. To the cleaning ladies who were very sweet and always asking us when to come clean to not disturb (even though there are signs) but the smiles and hospitality of all the staff in this hotel just makes you feel at home when you're miles away! Highly recommended and you won't regret it! The valet parking facility was a plus for us as we were on a road trip. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and we loved our cappuccinos every morning. All we kept on repeating throughout our stay is that the hotel smells great which is the first thing you'll notice at check in. It's an old building which is properly maintained and equipped to be a 5 star boutique hotel honestly!

We stayed for one night, the hotel is perfect, the staff is great, friendly and easy to talk to. The room was amazing in terms of the cleanliness, amenities and the view as well. The location is also excellent, couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and train station, groceries and restaurants are around as well. We asked for an eqrly check in and they accommodated our request. Me and my wife were seriously thinking about extending our stay for more nights, I would highly recommend this great hotel.

The elevator is quite small and slow, but not a break dealer in comparison to the great service they provide.
