Amazing spacious flat in the authentic Italian style, with all the things you would need to feel like home. Amazing location in the cosy area close to the old beautiful park and villa Durazzi with beautiful views on the sea and the city. The flat is located maximum 10-15 minutes by foot to the city centre and the beach. Very good supermarket just in the corner. The parking place in the garage is available as well and can be reserved in advance. The hosts are very nice and always helpful. I put 10 points without any hesitation. And looking forward to come again. PS: huge thanks and respect that it’s allowed to host the dogs.

Nothing to complain

The building is well maintained and the flat is really complete with dishwasher, balcony with dryer, TV...It is clean and pleasan and everything works. It was nice to find some Prosecco at arrival and some breakfast for the week. The city center is close, and so are the beaches we went to once you go up the stairs and down again on via Favela.

Nothing. For some, the noise from scooters and motorcycles on the road might be annoying, but the heavy 2 wheel traffic in Santa Margherita is everywhere and there is no real safe haven where you would not hear them.

A lovely apartment in a quieter part of town. We stayed in the apartment with the large terrace which was beautiufl and we spent a lot of time there. The views were amazing! The apartment was well stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies and contact with the owners was easy and they are very friendly.

It's worth noting that the lift doesn't go all the way up to this terrace which was a little difficult for my Mum who was on crutches. It's also worth noting that there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with only a single not twin beds as stated in the description.

Absolutely loved the accomodation! It has a lovely views, very pretty in the night. Aparts are quite big, and have two separate rooms and one additional sofa in the kitchen. The kitchen is full of everything, literally, and has a variety of snacks, tea, coffe, everything you might need during your stay! It's not that far from the beach and city center, up to 15min walk. The grocery shop is very close (but it works only till 8pm or so).

It can be a bit uncomfortable to get into aparts if you have a heavy suitcases. There is only one floor elevator, and then you need to go upstairs again. But if you stay for long it's not a huge problem.

The apartment was beautiful! Very spacious great beds and everything you needed . the special touches were lovely chocolate on the pillow and lots of welcoming treats in the kitchen.the owners were exceptional . Our car battery was flat and they went out of their way to help us. We were welcomed on arrival and were treated like friends. also there is a lift in the apartment block which is fantastic. We will be definitely be back and highly recommend this apartment . To have Netflix was another treat. What a wonderful experience to be treated with such warmth and kindness thank you Lorenzo,Stefano and Andrea !

The apartment's location is incredibly convenient. It is in a nice neighbourhood that offers easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, the train station, and essential amenities. The atmosphere is delightful, filled with a welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Additionally, the hosts ensure a pleasant communication and stay; their warm hospitality and helpful nature truly enhance the experience!

The apartment was just amazing- well located and well appointed . Lorenzo and Stefano were always very helpful if we needed anything. They connected us for a boat tour and it was wonderful. The place was big about for the 4?of us and very rustic, which we really enjoyed. Everything we needed was provided and more! Water , wine and drinks were awaiting us along with snacks. We would live to come back to this beautiful area and if we do, we will definitely stay here again. It was a short drive /bus ride to Portofino where we were initially going to stay and I am so happy I changed it to S. Margarita. Honestly , we liked it better.

Nothing- besides the early noise from nearby construction and WiFi that didn’t work most of the time not from lack of trying to fix it from Stefani and Lorenzo

We were very comfortable at this place even though my husband was ill. First, it provided parking, second they explained about the parking, and it all worked. Owners sent us good photos of everything. Good AC. Nice balcony with a pleasant view. The kitchen had coffee, salt, pepper, water in fridge. Appreciated because it was very hot. The location was close to everything. No loud noise at night.

Amazing terrace (the pictures didn’t do it enough justice!), great with AC, good quiet location but short walk only to centre and beach, supermarket around the corner. Beds were comfortable, the place was super clean and we loved the supplies of coffee, some snacks and wine! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Santa Margherita!

There was nothing not too like!

The apartment is large and well equipped. Steffano the host welcomed us, opened the apartment for us and gave us excellent recommendations. The staff of the place was with us in contact with us throughout our stay. You can see that they think about all the little details.

The location requires walking from the train station and also to the center. We enjoyed the walk but if there is difficulty in mobility this should be taken into account.
