The location of the hotel was good. It is very close to Santa Margharita. You can go to Portofino by 2 buses. It is in a great location for those who will come with their car. There is a parking lot at the hotel, but we definitely need to make a reservation before coming. The fee is 6 euros per day and you can get a parking space reserved only for you. The rooms are clean, the beds are clean and the staff is friendly.

The breakfast was inadequate.

The real strength of this place is the staff. The receptionist makes you feel instantly welcome. She is helpful, kind and professional! The rooms are clean and nice!

The hotel does not use its best outside space, to the side of the building very well. The location is the only one with a view. The other is close to the road. The restaurant attached next door is a bit strange. I had to return a partially cooked pizza. That said they excepted the fault politely and I was very grateful for a replacement. The staff are friendly and nice but breakfast was also strange. No muesli or fruit which is odd these days!

We were pleasantly surprised. Manager was very helpful as we communicated via whatsapp to self check in early. Loved the view from our comfortable room overlooking the hills and valley. Was so nice to have a nice selection of snacks and tea/cofee making facilities in the room. Bus stop right outside so travel was easy. Would easily recommend!

Excellent location easy bus access to local towns

I would prefer a better buffet breakfast in a dining room. The breakfast is basic but ok served pre pack toasts and jams etc in your own room.

Very friendly and extremely good value for the money. Not luxury but that wasn't what I expected. I expected clean and confortable, and it was.

Very good. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Beautiful view of sunset from bus stop just 100 m from the hotel. Possible to walk down to Camogli in 20-25 min. Very good Taverna in the same building. Good coffee for breakfast.
