Location, cleaness, ambience, nice furniture and interior design

1-Noise from neighborhoods due to the poor sound isolation 2- minimalistic kitchen amenities, i should use water glass to allow have my daughter a simple breakfast from flakes with milk as there were no simple basic kitchen amenities like plates, spoons, bowls, knives, cutting board. Adding them would definitely improve kitchen usage experience for having simple breakfast (nobody planned to cook there day and night ((

Spacious room with nice amenities. Cool design giving one a feeeling of luxury. Great service with the car garage - car delivered to front of the suite any time just calling the desk. Drivers were absolutely professional. A balcony with view of the beach and the bay (Baia delle Favole) was our morning delight. Room service was perfect,- towels and linen changed even too often (we put not disturb strip on the knob to save the environment) and coffee buttons supplied every day.

The only disappointment was the quality of water in the Baia del Silenzio, where hotel had the exclusive beach for the guests.

Just as described. In a sea front position and a nicely presented suite. Two observations:- like all these places needs some regular maintenance. Toilet seat loose and soap dish loose. Mini kitchen was nice BUT lacked a tea towel etc. But all in all a pleasant stay.

Nothing to complain about the suite but the guy in the suite upstairs obviously had his pet elephant with him. A bit annoying when you pay nearly €400/night. The staff helpful but every sentence ended with the word supplement.

We stayed in the hotel’s separate building in an apartment style room. it was very nice. The staff were great. We had a great stay.

the restaurant on the ground floor was a little noisy but ended around 10 pm so not terrible.

The suite was incredible! Great, clean and very comfortable space, and the balcony was fabulous for breakfast, lunch and pre dinner cocktails. Kitchen amenities were more than adequate; great coffee maker and refridgerator.

We loved our stay here. The town was beautiful. It was a little noisy at night as we had a suite overlooking the main drag. But that’s also what made it wonderful!

Location is absolutely superb, we've had a great view of the sea and beaches. Basically everything is within the walking distance. The staff was also very helpful The room was spacious, very well furnished and maintained

Location was great. The room was very well done and the staff was friendly.

The only complaint that I had was that a handle of the sink and the shower of the faucet handles came off.

No staff on site - have to go to hotel around the corner to check in and out (though they carried my bags to the suites for me, I had to drag them to the hotel when checking out).

What a place, perfect for a holiday, central with multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance, the room we stayed was a suite, it was par excellent, I would say one of the best in Italy.
