Everything was fine ... Quiet, quiet area. Only a short traghetto ride from the center.

Much more expensive than Mestre, of course, and particularly breakfast. Beware you may get your feet wet on the way from the traghetto by high tide.

The location was great. Direct vaporetto to the bus station (15 min) and also to the main areas of interest (10 min). Comfortable beds, shower and bath good (the same than the photos), heating very good. In our case was very quiet at night. We had direct view of one of the canals in the area. Is not the main canal but give you an idea of living in Venice. We did not have breakfast but buffet looks good. Not that I would pay 25 euros per person (is your choice). Some people say that they had mosquitos....we did have too in November but, c'mon!! is Venice, not the Sahara (which have too in early hours). So, please bring your own anti-mosquitos solution (just in case one enter into the room) Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Perhaps the price of the breakfast. Only to suggest to reduce it a bit. 25 per person per day is too much. We had breakfast in the near Majer and was excellent and fresh (muffin, corneto, panino,....) usually 25 euros for 3 people.

The island of Giudecca ia ideal for a stay in Venice, because it is away from the crowds; and only needs a vaporetto ride to get anywhere. it is quiet at night, so restaurants are easy to get into; and a table by the water's edge is good. The hotel is 3 mins walk to the canal and the life of Giudecca, so supermarket, cafes, restaurants, people watching are all in easy distance. The hotel staff are very helpful with information about ferries and vaporettos. The b/f is good, and room plenty big enough.The hotel is on the corner of 2 canals. To get to the airport is a 10min walk to Hilton Stucky ferry, buy your ticket inside the Hilton hotel and as this is the start of the journey, you get a good seat. It is 1h30m away; and then a 10min covered walk to the terminal. So everything about Hotel Giudecca was excellent.

This is a little gem, tucked away in central Giudecca, bordering a canal. It's only a two minute walk from Palanca, the vaporetto stop and ten minutes from the Alilaguna airport transfer drop off at Giudecca Stucky. Small and very friendly, we really liked this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, no view as such. The facilities are good and the shower excellent. The breakfast is generous and buffet style and should cater to most tastes. Really easy to get across the Giudecca canal to St. Mark's and there are a good range of eateries along the north shore near the vaporetto stops.

I went for a conference at the Hilton Molino Stucky. It was less than a convenient 10 minute stroll away. The hotel is a short walk to excellent restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner at your fingertip. Extremely less touristy and populated than Venezia (and prices reflect it!) I highly recommend staying on Guidecca and getting the short water ferry (only a couple of minutes walk) to the other side. It is easy to wheel your luggage on the pavements to the hotel, or a private water taxi takes you right to their private pier. The hotel was excellent - 24 hour reception and every staff member was always friendly and helpful. VERY clean room - such a comfortable bed and feather doona and excellent power showerhead. Wi-Fi never let me down, amenities in the room, and gorgeous canal view with windows that opened right over the water (also the room had heating/air con) . Really felt like you were living like a local instead of being a tourist. Hotel answered my emails promptly. I didn't have the breakfast but it always smelled fab. Highly recommend as a single travelling female. Hope to come back to Venice again and will be staying here again 100%. 10/10.

The hair dryer in the bathroom could have been more powerful and had more of a nozzle (absolutely a 1% issue that is barely worth mentioning but I was trying to think of a bad point!).

Its a great location to explore Venice and perfect if you just want to put your head down each night. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size of room for Venice. Clean. Towels were replaced and room made up each day well.

Fridge is more ambient than cold. Same with the A/C. Tea/water in room was not replenished each day. Bring your own toiletries they are very basic. Room was also quite dark.

Cleanliness, very comfortable bed in the room, very well equipped bathroom, daily change of towels, very nice and professional reception service, tourist information, delicious breakfasts, ideal location close to restaurants and shopping facilities, beautiful views, well-functioning city water transport. I will definitely come back here!

Room was larger than I expected. European ancient cities usually have small buildings with small rooms. Also furniture was new, there was a small fridge, and the bed was pretty confortable. Hotel is 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 25 minutes from train station, both by public transportation.

The hotel is in an island near to Venice, maybe this is the reason for the fair prices compared to other hotels in Venice. It is not a bad thing, specially because the ride to San Marco by morning was really outstanding, with sun rising. But it requires to use public transportation or any other water boat service to reach the island.

Lovely quaint boutique hotel. Perfect base away from the venice tourism mayhem and just minutes away on vaporetto. Nice and calm, great eateries nearby. Hotel in giudecca is perfectly situated, has a great old traditional style and is like hotels should be. Very clean, breakfast is good, staff are the best. Highly rate this place.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Giudecca Venezia. The hotel is peaceful and offers a beautiful escape from the busy city. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to reach central Venice, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend.
