Rosella and her husband were the most incredible hosts. They provided us with so much useful information about how to use the ferry system, we’re always available, and happily served us massive breakfast each day. The views of the water with boats passing by the Venetian buildings from our room and the dining room were a dream!

The only area they could improve on were the beds. The bedding was a bit heavy for the weather and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The style and furniture was adorable though.

The breakfast was really extraordinary. Our host was super friendly, he made us an amazing cappuccino and a sandwich for breakfast, and we felt like home 😊 There were also yoghurts, pastries, ham, cheese, salami, teas, biscuits. And the cherry on top was the amazing view of Venice and the waves of the lagoon in the morning light, right in front of us, as we had our breakfast. The room was nice, clean and authentic. The location was also very convenient, prettier than staying in Mestre and cheaper than staying on the main island of Venice. The vaporetto station is 3 minutes from the apartment. From there you can get in 4 minutes to the closest station "Zattere" in Dorsoduro, which is a very beautiful part of Venice, or you can directly get to Piazza San Marco in just 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!!

A nice family-run B&B that is very convenient and accessible for seeing Venice. The place has a homey and authentic feels - and the hostess serves a nice breakfast in the morning. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Our room had a wonderful view of Venice.

Rosella and Enzo are perfect hosts with great local knowledge. The instructions on how to find it were clear, and Rosella explained how and where to travel. The location was far enough away, but close enough! Fabulous breakfast and lovely clean room. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Nothing, everything was great. However, be aware it is on the 2nd floor, and there's no elevator. But Enzo helped with our overpacked bags!!

Rosella and Enzo are so helpful and friendly- made us feel completely welcome and at home during our stay. Spotlessly clean. V good value for money. The location is brilliant- close to waterbus stop, and lovely bars, restaurants and places of interest on the island. I would feel safe there as a solo traveller.

Some v minor things. Slightly more choice in cereals, and less packaged items. A couple of light bulbs missing Absorbant mats in the bathroom. A bit of an update in decor, and making the hall area welcoming, and free of clutter. Provision of tea and coffee in the room.

Comfortable, well equipped room in a characterful old house on Giudecca, with beautiful views across the canal from the breakfast room. Breakfast was generous, with toasted sandwiches made to order and an array of meats, cheese and pastries. Hosts were friendly, helpful and considerate. A peaceful haven away from the hustle of Dorsodoro bur just a few minutes away by vaporetto.

I should change how they offer the coffee. because I love to drink coffee and all the time I have to ask for the staff make it for me. It would be much better if they make a coffee and put in a bottle properly for that.

This was a lovely place to stay. From outside, you would never guess how lovely the inside was. Clean tidy rooms, air con, nice size bathroom with shower, breakfast was continental, and was plenty for a kick-start to your day. The hosts were all lovely and very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. They even let us leave our luggage for the day after checkout so we could enjoy our day. I would definitely stay again and would recommend them highly.

Only issue was no lift, but only 2nd floor so not too bad

The hosts are very kind, the property was clean and the breakfast is really good. Although you need to take the vaporetto to go to the main island, the location is good and has a beautiful view.

The staircase is a bit annoying if you have heavy luggage

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice & filling. Our room had everything we needed.

The WiFi in our particular room kept switching between working and not working. It wasn’t the end of the world.
