Location.

Free breakfast was cold most days. Bananas were over ripe, i.e. the peel was mostly black. No sausage links / patties on sausage gravy & biscuits days. No recliner in the room. Room felt cramped - too much furniture.

Booking.com. Changed the dates thu the site was charged for a no show and the night I stayed. So far no refund from them. Woman at the front desk said she would take care of and call or text to let me know. No word from her or Booking.com.

Bed was very cozy. Staff were beyond helpful. The hotel was close to everything.

Could use a better outdoor seating area. Also one of the vending machines stole my money.

Bed super cozy. Slept amazing. It was quiet. Room large.

Room had smell. Had trouble using bathtub/shower; ended up using rag for stopper. Counter tops high; made for tall people.

Clean and cozy hotel Location ok but without a car and far from places of general interest. Breakfast very complete.

I made a reservation for a room with 1 king bed and when I arrived there was none and they offered me 2 queen beds but it was not our preference and the reason for choosing the hotel was solely for that detail. Air conditioning does not distribute the temperature well in the room.

They were so polite when I checked in and checked out. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helped me get in my room when my room key didn't work.

Nothing bad to say. Except I couldn't figure out how to get shower on .I asked a fellow hotel guest which I knew cause he there for work .

We enjoyed staying here, it was clean and people were friendly!

Booking had a room available that was not available, and we were able to get a different room.

The breakfast had several options for the kids and adults and the staff were super friendly.

They didn't have water available during breakfast hours to refill our water bottles, but the staff did offer us bottled water when we asked about it.

Clean, close to the door, great restaurants close by, & quiet.

The soap dispenser fell off the wall. And the cable TV was terrible. The only channels available were either religious or news. There was one beach channel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was really good.

There was nothing to dislike.
