I would like to say, I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff. Stacey went above and beyond to make sure I was in good hands with BW. He called me by my name after he met me. Always checked up on me. I really appreciate that. I will be staying for another 2 weeks there because of the experience. Thank you guys

Distant from everyone else and turn to get into the building

The staff was amazing, super friendly and personable. The breakfast was really good and the hot food varied each day, so that was nice. Everything was clean and orderly. We had an issue with the shower door and it was fixed immediately. The maintenance person was at the front desk when we reported it and he asked questions to make sure he knew what the problem was and it was fixed upon our return.

I don't remember having any complaints that were not quickly addressed.

We read the reviews on Booking.com and they were spot on. The hotel was very clean and the staff exceptional. We were seeing our daughter at Ft. Belvoire so the location was perfect as it was just down the road. Free parking was also an added benefit.

Although the hotel is very clean and I would definitely recommend, the bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress is too soft for a good nights rest.

We were in town visiting our daughter, son-in-law, and their brand new identical twin girls and this hotel is less than 10 minutes from their house. It was also $20.00 cheaper per night than the others in the area and we took advantage of those extra dollars to eat twice at our favorite Charcoal Chicken restaurant, which happens to be right next door to this Best Western Plus: Su Pollo. Our king bed and pillows were very comfortable; the complementary breakfast was fantastic and well managed; the Front Desk was manned by very efficient and professional personnel; and our room was very clean and well stocked upon arrival and it was kept that way for the duration of our stay thanks to the efficient Cleaning Crew. My only suggestion would be that this fine hotel should tout, in its marketing, the fact that it is right next door to the best charcoal chicken place imaginable.

The TV remote was one of those "Clean Remotes" that didn't let the viewer access all the functions that the original remote would have permitted, the inaccessibility of the closed caption feature being the most frustrating example of this. Other than that, we liked everything else.

I like friendly staff, clean room, I love that around so many different stores, restaurants, bakery. The hotel provides very good breakfast and hours of breakfast are very comfortable, even if you would like to sleep longer, or arrived very early. It's from 7,30 to 10,30. The parking lot is for free, so you do not have to pay for your car. I definitely would recommend it to my friends and will stay here next year. Thank you.

The location was great. Easy to get to the Metro and into D.C. Close to the Mt. Vernon Estate, and Alexandria. We even took a side trip to the site of the battle of Bull Run in Manassas. Breakfast was great, eggs with sausage or ham and gravy and biscuits plus other staples. Always fresh.

Manager Mr.Stacey is wonderful and very hospitable. He did all he could to insure we had a nice stay of 2 nights. The rooms and beds are excellent and comfortable. Towels are better grade than “normal” motel towels. Great place to stay if you are visiting Mt Vernon or Fort Belvoir.

The drive-up has limited space due to the way the access road works, so there is not a covered portico to off-load baggage.

Everything was well. The check-in process was easy. The room was nice comfortable and I did enjoy my stay.The breakfast was nice waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy, hashbrowns, and a little bit of everything fruit and juices. And coffee I did enjoy it almost went back for seconds.

The location was ok . The only thing is I’m not a traffic person and it was a lot of traffic in the area.

The lady in the kitchen is not very friendly. She was angry all the time. She looked at my children in a very bad way and did not like that the children threw food on the floor. My children are toddlers and they have no control over not throwing food in the floor. I really did not feel comfortable going to eat there.
