The staff was amazing, super friendly and personable. The breakfast was really good and the hot food varied each day, so that was nice. Everything was clean and orderly. We had an issue with the shower door and it was fixed immediately. The maintenance person was at the front desk when we reported it and he asked questions to make sure he knew what the problem was and it was fixed upon our return.

I don't remember having any complaints that were not quickly addressed.

We were in town visiting our daughter, son-in-law, and their brand new identical twin girls and this hotel is less than 10 minutes from their house. It was also $20.00 cheaper per night than the others in the area and we took advantage of those extra dollars to eat twice at our favorite Charcoal Chicken restaurant, which happens to be right next door to this Best Western Plus: Su Pollo. Our king bed and pillows were very comfortable; the complementary breakfast was fantastic and well managed; the Front Desk was manned by very efficient and professional personnel; and our room was very clean and well stocked upon arrival and it was kept that way for the duration of our stay thanks to the efficient Cleaning Crew. My only suggestion would be that this fine hotel should tout, in its marketing, the fact that it is right next door to the best charcoal chicken place imaginable.

The TV remote was one of those "Clean Remotes" that didn't let the viewer access all the functions that the original remote would have permitted, the inaccessibility of the closed caption feature being the most frustrating example of this. Other than that, we liked everything else.

I like friendly staff, clean room, I love that around so many different stores, restaurants, bakery. The hotel provides very good breakfast and hours of breakfast are very comfortable, even if you would like to sleep longer, or arrived very early. It's from 7,30 to 10,30. The parking lot is for free, so you do not have to pay for your car. I definitely would recommend it to my friends and will stay here next year. Thank you.

Manager Mr.Stacey is wonderful and very hospitable. He did all he could to insure we had a nice stay of 2 nights. The rooms and beds are excellent and comfortable. Towels are better grade than “normal” motel towels. Great place to stay if you are visiting Mt Vernon or Fort Belvoir.

The drive-up has limited space due to the way the access road works, so there is not a covered portico to off-load baggage.

Everything was well. The check-in process was easy. The room was nice comfortable and I did enjoy my stay.The breakfast was nice waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy, hashbrowns, and a little bit of everything fruit and juices. And coffee I did enjoy it almost went back for seconds.

The location was ok . The only thing is I’m not a traffic person and it was a lot of traffic in the area.

The manager Stacey was active supervisor , always looking and asi if we are well and advise how to do better our trip during the time in Best Western Plus.

Some guests I know is hard to control but usually smoke in an undesignated area . And the bathroom vent you can heard conversation and odors come from other rooms .

Room was clean, they always did the room service. There is a free gym, with basic things, but if you have a routine it works great for you. And one of the greatest thing it was the breakfast, it was always good taste and different.

I did not like that only one day the served bacon for the breakfast. (from the 6 days I was in the hotel).

They had the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. You had your choice of waffles or pancakes they had potatoes, eggs, sausage, sausage, and gravy and biscuits. They have the cereals and of course they had the breads bagels, English muffins, and pastry for you to eat awesome.

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Stacey Boulware at the front desk was outstanding! Very helpful and personable. We hope to return again on a future trip and would recommend this Best Western to anyone traveling in the area.

I absolutely love the man that works the over night shift, I think his name was Stacy? What a heart experience he made for us. The 24 hour cappuccino machine was the best thing ever and so needed after long days and even longer nights of work. Location was easy to navigate. Clean rooms, I love the walk in showers.
