The staff were very nice. I had booked through booking.com and paid. When I arrived at the hotel I was told your service had sent an invalid virtual card. I was very frustrated and had to pay them again even though you had already taken the fee. Not their fault but they were supportive and made an unsuccessful attempt to resolve it.

The above situation was frustrating after a long travel day.

decent breakfast, very supportive bed (new) with good selection of pillows, nice shower, plenty of towels. Heating airconditioning made comfortable sleeping. Staff very helpful

had to go down to desk to rekey our card (no one seemed surprised that I had to do this), toilet too close to the door, lots of TV channels, but no access to streaming Netflix.

Nothing bad to write about this place. Reception was very pleasant. The bed was to die for and the pillows were exceptional. The bathroom was quite small but had been renovated - quartz counter. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and cereal. It was great. Would definitely stay again.

This Comfort Inn is in a very convenient location right off of I-81 and less than 10 minutes from the historic distric of Staunton. The bed and other furniture in the room was very comfortable. The towels and other linens were plush and very nice. All of the staff were very polite, friendly, professional and willing to help in any way they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The back and side of the property are a real mess. We had our dog with us and had to go to the back corner of the property for the dog walk area and the property is like a real dump in the back corner and along the side of the parking lot by the Railroad tracks. There is a trailer with a bunch of junk piled around it in the corner, old tarps, tires and other such refuse. It looks terrible. This needs to be cleaned up

Clean, dog friendly, inviting lobby area, laundry amd.gym services. Vending and ice machines and big rooms with comfy beds with microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee bar inside the very spacious room. Close to many restaurants and shops and I-81

No USB outlets such as lamps, desk, so make sure you bring a wall charger for your cell phone or electronics. I forgot to bring it and had to go to convenience store nearby to purchase.

How helpful was the front desk when i asked for a lower level because i was traveling with elderly but there was none but still gave us closest room to elevator. That helped as well.

Trouble plugging the microwave in . No shower curtain. We reported it. They gave us a credit for the inconvenience. The staff is great, friendly, accommodating and great breakfast.

had to ask for a second door key, no TV directory in room had to ask the front desk for one. Staff did their job but were not overly inviting.

Casual, clean & comfortable; also pet friendly with extra $25/night. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was perfect for visiting Luray Caverns!

A bit outdated & pool closed at 8 pm. Other hotels with breakfast included at about the same rate.

We predominately stay with Comfort Inn when we travel and they are always high quality
