We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The room was large and clean. The hallways and other parts of the hotel need an updating. Carpet was pulling up, wallpaper, falling off. The furniture in the lobby is outdated and a hodgepodge. They need to hire a designer and bring in some furniture that doesn’t look like it was purchased by staff at TJ Maxx. The restaurant was excellent. We had a wonderful dinner. I would come here just for the food.

Super location for airport uses with shuttle. Friendly, courteous staff that made check-in and out easy! Excellent long-term parking and shuttle service. The food was very good, as was the service. Enjoyed the comfy bed. Most satisfied with the package offered. Will return next time I am using Orlando Airport.

No shortfalls noted in our overnight stay

I didn’t get to have the breakfast but the food is incredible. I just had conch fritters but people sitting with me had the halibut and they said it was the best they ever had.

Shuttle at airport was a little confusing to find. Would be great if spot is notated on website for Orlando location.

We stayed here after a reunion of my military unit was held nearby. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was pretty big. Very nice setup with mini fridge in the room. It was comfortable and clean. I would stay here agin.

The bed was very tall and I am only 5'2". They need the beds a little lower for short people like me.

Super friendly staff. We had our flight cancelled from Orlando airport in the middle of the night and they got us checked in, brought us food after kitchen closing hours, and generally made us feel really welcomed.

The water was off for maintenance - nothing to be done but still annoying!

Very close to the airport. That might be a problem if you were not staying here for the 24 hour shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour. Planes take off every 1-3 minutes. The room I stayed in I couldn’t really hear it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar staff and food was great. The lobby and my room was very clean.

There wasnt enough parking so I had to pay for the valet service

The lobby was nice and the elevator was quick.

I was disappointed with the bathroom. The tile in the tub was old, poorly put up and had cracks in the grout.

Hotel is located within a 5 minute car ride to the Orlando airport. Staying on the 9th floor comes with perks: separate breakfast room and cocktails in the evening. Also, a great view of the airport to watch the planes. All valet personnel that we encountered were exceptional. Good for a one night stay.

I found the hotel to be a bit odd. The lobby was modern and decorated nicely. The room furnishings were extremely outdated and did not pair with the lobby vibe. The floor was dirty in the room but the rest of the room was clean.
