Great customer service can’t complain just one thing I needed to idle the air condition unit it wasn’t as cold as it should be, but I open the window and I was fine that’s all that was am little issue. I had other than that great will come there again.

I have no complain whatsoever. Great service good area to have a hotel didn’t have to drive far to get food to eat so perfect location. wouldn’t recommend anybody to come there. I like it there, so I will definitely be back soon.

That you guys don't have utensils and pots& pans since it's a KITCHNET but it's ok I know next time I'll bring my own because I will be back 👍

The bed was comfy

My stove didn't work right at all I got the room for the purpose to be able to cook

I love the lady at the front desk and the guys are all nice and professional I enjoyed my month stay there I definitely will be back again

Room was fine. Front of the fridge looked dirty and the pipe was broken on the sink. Otherwise nice and clean

The toilet was leaking. Hall carpets dirty.

Absolutely clean comfortable. Staff & Front Desk Agents are friendly inviting &  courteous.

The man who checked us in, Greg was wonderful and kind. He made us feel so welcomed on our first trip to Illinois. I'll definitely come back.

The lady who checked us out Sunday, February 20 was very rude and unkind while checking out. We had the opposite experience of when we checked in.
