Good and aafe location Easy access to architecture boat tour and Millenium Park The restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby have a high glass roof and huge space, which makes us feel very comfortable. Restaurant staff members were friendly and serving well.

had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The location is amazing, right on the Chicago River, and my room had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food, which I really enjoyed

The only small downside was the noise — the housekeeping knocks were a bit loud, and sounds from outside the room were noticeable, so better soundproofing would make the stay even more perfect.

The location is perfect, and the room vie was amazing!

The only area I believe could be improved is the parking service. While the staff are always courteous and do their best, the system itself could be optimized, particularly to reduce both the cost and the wait time for retrieving vehicles. That said, the parking ticket clearly states that the wait time can be up to 30 minutes, and I truly appreciate the staff’s efforts to be as quick and helpful as possible.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, bars and restaurants available at the hotel were amazing with some great views of the city at Big Bar! Our room was so modern and big. Bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. There was a couch to lounge on as well ! The valet parking was outstanding and accommodating ! These guys were a joy ! The location is perfect right by Michigan avenue and across from the River. Walking distance to a lot of main attractions , shopping and restaurants! Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again!

I loved the view! We stayed in room 1524 where we had a view of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan! And because Navy Pier was in view, we were able to get a free fireworks show right from our room. Everything was clean and I appreciated the extra toiletries given. Check-out was quick and easy. The location in proximity to restaurants and all were great! The bed and couch was so comfy.

There was no mini bar as promised and room service wasn't offered as advertised. Also, the walls are a little thin... so you might be able to hear your neighbors a little... Also, paying $82 a day for parking is insane. But that's a part of the Chicago experience, I guess.

The room was much nicer than expected. Great view of the canal for the st Patrick Day events. The hotel.location was perfect. Walking distance to lost of shops and food. The list of restaurants in the room was a great help in deciding what to eat. Staff was friendly.

The downstairs bar/restaurant has rude staff. Mostly ignored us when trying to ask questions or be seated.the upstairs bar was friendly and helpful. Even accomdaing to the fact we had a child with us.

Staff helpful and always available to assist. Ate at both restaurants: breakfast buffet and Stetson's. Service excellent and food tasteful and well prepared. Great location with easy access to well known parks, museums, shopping and river walk. One of largest hotels in city and in October was extremely busy with conferences.

Noted a lack of some expected amenities in the room - could be had but even the simplest had to be requested. E.g., would have been nice to at least have had a couple of glasses for drinks (not cardboard cups). Housekeeping was eager to be of assistance but I wished I didn't always have to ask.......

Most recommended by me as it has excellent Chicago Review View (for upgraded rooms), On corner of Michigan Av Road and Boat rides. Central location from bean, Navy Pier, lots of restaurants. Excellent for Tourist as well quick business Tours. Excellent Breakfast, Restaurant & Cafe within property. Plenty of me time spaces and work space on elevation 1. Energetic party zone looks nice. And Late night ice-cream for me works best All time Safe zone, IMP when you are in Chicago

Location on the river is great. Has almost everything necessary for a big hotel that does conferences and hosts business and leisure travelers. Great bar, couple restaurants, gym, coffee shop, available large rooms.

What’s missing? NO CONCIERGE. I mean you are on your own. They’ve got lots of digital tips and cues and stacks of brochures but they have NO ONE to book you a ticket, tell you about a show, book you a restaurant. It’s between you and you phone. They still have a concierge desk lol. But No Concierge. Front desk rep at check in needs “friendly” lessons. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. (Other staff were great. At the first floor restaurant an excellent server took care of a customer spill in a very kind and professional way. Really exemplary.)
