Close to park. Outstanding friendly staff. Clean

Expensive restaurant. Long wait for service at dinner. Food was just ok. Under construction.

Friendly customer service there was a beehive out of our window maintenance cleaned it up right away with no problem. Got rid of the hive. Appreciate it considering two people are all allergic to them. They said our safety is number one priority.

Registration communication needs to improve. One person told me one thing and then another person at the front desk told me another that is not OK in my book. I feel that the customer should be always right when they feel that way. For a few future customers, they need to book directly through them so that they won’t be any problems. Don’t book through a third-party if you’re going to add a date extra.

King STD BDR - EVERYTHING as it was just renovated in April 24. Can’t speak about the pool and facilities as they were closed for maintenance (they were missed as our stay was over 100F in Sep24).

The fire doors at the elevator lobby would SLAM shut every morning at 7am until someone put a wedge or turned the power back on for the magnet holders. We were in room 715 so maybe stay away from X15 rooms if a 7am wake up call is not in your plans.

Great staff and hotel. Rooms were great, pool was nice and big with comfy lawn chairs. Very close to the theme park and farm chic decor. Great with Bosenberry festival theme.

Some of the other hotel guests were rude and ghetto. But it's not the hotels fault. Maybe offer pool towels and attach them to the room guests. Someone claimed I stole their towel and I left there with 1 less new towel from Costco, that i got the day before for the trip. Wasn't worth fighting over in front of my kids for.

The location is very good, if you want to go to the parks. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the personnel took good care of us. No big problems, to be honest.

Since this is a amusement park hotel, we expected some Snoopy, kids theme...it looks like any hotel ...you don´t feel like you´re in a theme park hotel.

renovations were nice.

wasn’t told the restaurant was open so we figured we had to drive out and get food. found out when we checked out that there was a functioning buffet/restaurant.

This hotel was undergoing renovations so you can see they are spending money on updating so lots of areas looked brand new and clean. Rooms were massive so plenty of room for our family. Lovely staff. Wish stayed longer to check out the pool.

We booked for the shuttle to Disney which is great but they are only at set times so bear that in mind, the times may not suit you . We missed one the first day arrived and was only staying 1 night so they kindly took us in privately there which was very much appreciated.

We had a double queen room, was reasonably spacious, beds were comfortable and the room was quite warm. our room was in the renovated section so everything was fresh. The hotel is in great proximity to Knotts Berry Farm (5min walk) and a 15 min drive to the Disney Parks. The free hotel shuttle to the Disney parks was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was nice - cereal, baked goods, fruit, eggs, bacon hash browns etc.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at present and it was disappointing the Amber Waves restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. We could hear guests outside in the pool throughout the night and walking / talking in the hallways outside our room.

Very spacious hotel. Everything is big - the room, beds, counter space, pool. It was recently renovated so everything was clean and updated. The staff were all friendly and polite. The pool and hottub are amazing, go early in the morning right when it opens at 9am to get the place all to yourself! Location is perfect if you are going to Knotts Berry Farm Park (literally 5 minute walk right next to the hotel).

The gym was okay, it could use some TLC and upgrades but it was functional. The sauna and steamroom were available but didn't seem very inviting so it would be nice if the hotel could spruce those amenities up a bit. Unfortunately we were also next to a room with a family so could hear children screaming at night and in the morning.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming!! Lots of comfy pillows on the beds!! So clean and tidy!! We loved the Knotts Berry park & Soak City but also a great location for visiting Disney Parks also!!

There was no access to refreshments near the pool area (unless you took your own) and you have to go inside to the main bar for drinks if having some pool time.
