Loved the unit. the kitchen, size of refrigerator. Loved the GIGANTIC swimming pools. Food was great. The SPA facilities, pool and services are outstanding. Well worth the $40 per person fee. On top of all this. Location is great. Great for avid cyclists for a quick run up Atlas Peak and over to Mt Veeder, plus on Silverado Trail.

It's just expensive! It's worth it, but go when you can get a deal! For me, the bed was too soft. I did not sleep well on any of the nights. On the somewhat humorous side, before we arrived, I asked about the size of the refrigerator, they reservation agent said it was small and couldn't fit 1 wine bottle, huh I said? In the wine country? Total disconnect. When I arrived, it was a full side-by-side refrigerator!

Beautiful location with a peaceful neighborhood. The houses are nicely spread around the complex. The houses itself are great, spacious and tidy. The spa with tennis courts is great. A tennis court reservation in advance is recommended.

The service in the spa and the security. When approaching the spa reception we felt poorly serviced. The gentleman on duty with his tone of voice and choice of questions created an unfriendly atmosphere. The concierge was approached as the door key stopped working. The person judged the problem incorrectly and did not solve it. The security team was requested to open the house proving the concierge’s fault. The security team in the first place did not treat us properly suggesting that we should approach the concierge again. Only then we made our case and the security team fixed the whole problem bringing us the properly prepared keys.

We booked this property so that we can play golf and pickleball. It was a good decision. Bed was comfortable with little outdoor space. Our room was next to the laundry so we can do our own laundry Many green areas around the resort. Beautiful setting. The spa and sport center across the property with nice tennis and pickleball courts. Good selection of sports wear at the boutique too. Easy to find, by the main road and easy to go around other places, restaurants and to the nearby vineyards. Well recommended!

No roof on the outdoor terrace/ space so either it’s too hot or wet during the rain.

I woke up in the morning to the sound of a weed wacker / lawn mower that must've been going for 2 or 3 hours. I was looking forward to having a peaceful morning outside on my deck and had to go back inside because it was just too loud and disruptive. Bummer to have the morning ruined! Separately, I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and was on hold for 20 minutes - I just hung up!

The property was amazing. I booked this hotel for my sister's 40th birthday getaway, and she had the absolute best time. Her and her friends loved the spa, pickleball courts, and even being able to request a cart to take them from the hot tub back to the hotel. Lol. These are hardworking moms who needed a much overdue break, and i was happy to hear they enjoyed every moment of their stay. We will most definitely come back again!

Our friend group had the 3 bedroom suite. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The views were amazing. The property is very sprawled out. I wish they provided unlimited free water bottles. It was hard to get around or have anything delivered to the room given how isolated it was. Overall, the location was central to wineries, but if you needed snacks, wine, water, etc. it was a mission.

The room should come better stocked with waters.

The grounds were beautifully landscape and clean.The first attendants that greeted us when we pulled up in our Jeep to the entrance were exceptionally friendly. Once in the front desk area on check-in the staff was very professional in explaining all about what they resort had to offer us and had a very warm approach toward us.

The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear the guest in the room beside us coughing, talking etc. It seems the room we stayed in had a door that possibly is used as an adjourning room. On our morning of check- out 2 people knocked on our door twice 9am and 10am approximately I assume were the housekeepers seeing if we exited our room. Check-out is 11am. Right???

Pretty golf course and grounds. Nice restaurant with excellent food. The room was spacious and well located.

The main pool wasn’t very clean and the water wasn’t heated.. Also to get to the bigger pool (Spa) you have to pay an additional fee. As far as the room our outdoor furnitures were outdated and broken.

For the price to stay there I thought it best be worth it and the Silverado resort staff delivered. Room was nice and came with a complimentary bottle of wine. The resort was huge but you dial zero in your room phone and request a ride and a golf cart comes and takes you where you need.

Everything has a way of working itself out so there was nothing i did not like

our room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing . our next door people had a small kid crying at daytime and night. it’s difficult to rest and sleep early at night. I encourage the Silverado property to place people in rooms that are far away from rooms occupied by those families with small children. it’s common sense! children can be noisy playing. Other people want quiet place to r Elam and not get bothered by crying toddlers or small babies. Silverado is nice, rooms were comfy to stay in. thank you . Violet Espiritu
