Close to the airport, cheaper parking is $10 compared to other hotels. Great breakfast with various options and that's also free.

No shuttle service from the airport. Booking.com mentioned free parking but they charged $10. So booking.com should fix this issue and update the website.

Excellent location near to the airport and close to major routes. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room was a good size, shower room spacious with lots of hot water. Particularly liked the coffee maker and the night light in the bathroom.

Quite noisy at night but then it is close to the airport and major roads. More variety at breakfast would be a good idea. Furnish the room with satellite TV would be a good move.

We have a great time at the hotel with excellent staff and service. Our room was very nice and clean. The location is great. The breakfast was good with a variety of different dishes.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that looks like a homeless lady is around the hotel most of the time and she is there everyday when the breakfast is ready. I have a bad experience trying to get a coffee and she looks at me like I need to move out. Also, I think is not hygienic as she use all the kitchen appliances and utensils. The guests can get sick from it when they are using the kitchen tools after her and is uncomfortable.

Hotel was easy to access by rental car and was centrally located for all of my travels. Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and able to answer all questions. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless with good amenities. Everything seemed recently upgraded. Breakfast had excellent choices, was nicely presented and prepared, and available until 10:00 AM, which was longer than most other hotels. Staff kept all food available and eating area spotless. Parking was easily accessible and ample. Check-out was quick and correct.

I think there should have been a covered walk-way from the hotel entrance to the garage. While rain might be good for California, it is not good for all visitors.

I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel even though we’re right smack in the middle of the city you wouldn’t believe it in the rooms, sleep was easy and I had my mind at ease with our car in the private garage, it gave me an extra layer of security and comfort. I will say to no fault of the hotel, the property around is pretty sketchy but as long as you stay in the hotel you should be fine.

I wished the breakfast started later, maybe it just me but I feel like on vacation I’m not trying to get up before 8am for breakfast the whole point of vacation is to sleep in at least for me it is.

The pool was too cold, and unfortunately the hot tub was not warm enough and looked very dirty. There was a sign "out of service" for the temperature controls and jets for the hot tub. I was looking forward to the hot tub and indoor pool, it was a big factor for me when looking for a hotel to stay in. This did not ruin my stay but it would have made it better!

The hotel had many amenities. I also liked the proximity of many fast food restaurants in the area and the gas station next door. The staff was very professional and attentive. Which is great when you are in a rush. My Hilton app wasn't working from home, but Mike at the front desk helped me troubleshoot it, and I was able to use my phone to get into my room or the pool area when I forgot the card. The breakfast had many options and ran for a good time from 7 to 10. There was plenty of parking. Use the Hilton app to book for free parking.
