I loved that all my questions/concerns were answered via a quick text.

The signage at breakfast on Saturday was very poor. The free buffet was hidden down a hallway and therefore I ended up paying for an omelete I didn't have to when eggs would have been sufficient. I wasn't the only one as we all stood in line comparing the Friday buffet ease with the long line on Saturday. It also made me late for my conference.

Construction crew taking up hotel parking spaces. Should not be making your paying guests 2nd to construction workers regardless of how much construction workers are paying to park on hotel property.

Great location. Close enough to go at the beach and very accessible. What we really liked is how close it is at Westfield Mall. It has a lot of stores to check out and its only across the street from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is OK. I feel that they should change up their menu everyday, but still a good food. Cooks are doing their best to get your order correctly as line can get really long. Otherwise, all staff I’ve encountered during our stay are really friendly and helpful.

Rooms need some updates. Its a bit old style but otherwise OK. Indulge restaurant should have more better food options. Parking garage needs to have better lighting especially at night.

Breakfast was great. Lobby was beautiful. Front desk staff, very good. Complimentary drinks at bar, very good.

Suite-sized rooms with a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Decent pool and fitness center. Good breakfast, including made-to-order eggs/omelets included in the rate. Multiple staff were also friendly and attentive. The hotel is large and was full of families the weekend we stayed. Probably more business oriented during the week. However, need to plan a little extra time for breakfast due to the number of people being served.

Parking fees -- I'm used to paying for parking in this area but $40/night is disproportionate to other hotels & the nightly room rate. In addition, the parking structure is not attended (park at your own risk for valuables signs) and doesn't have an elevator for easier access to the hotel. On the plus side, parking on the street was available nearby.

The chicken fajitas at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego are absolutely delicious! The flavor was spot-on, and the portion size was perfect. The room was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff truly stood out—they were not only friendly and accommodating but also impressively quick to respond to any requests. Whether it was dining, housekeeping, or general assistance, the service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

It provides easy access to I-5 and I-805, and is directly across the street from a large mall that has lots of great food and shops. The hotel is very clean and easy to navigate, and the room is amply spacious and comfortable.

The parking deck they have is very tight and it makes it challenging to get out when it is busy. Also, we were running through A/C overnight but it turned itself off and wouldn’t turn back on, which made the room uncomfortably warm.

Excellent help and customer service from front desk, was able to accommodate early check-in. Easy parking, walking distance to UTC. Amenities and the room itself exceeded expectations. Really liked the huge atrium and overall indoor atmosphere

Check-in on the app and obtaining electronic key was a little glitchy, but the front-desk check-in alternative was a great experience
