I loved the environment. I stayed there for 3 days for my birthday in April. I felt at peace and relaxed the whole time on both stays. I will be making reservation for my birthday in April next year. I look forward to it. Thank you for keeping the place safe and welcoming

There wasn't anything I didn't like

I liked our room downstairs and the pool. The staff was very nice except one lady that ignored us the morning we checked out when we was going to get Continental Breakfast. There was non. There was neighbors that put scratches on our car but we didnt say or do anything. We just moved our car.

There was 1 morning that there was no Continental Breakfast because the cook did not come in. Lady did not do anything about my price on my booking and ignored me when I was waiting on cook. She was chatting with another empoyee and laughing. She was cery rude to me. She was only one thatwas disrespectful. Otherwise I enjoyed all other employees. Also our first night ther was mold in the window and floor was wet by the window. But they moved us downstairs and was WAY better and met nicer people.

Everything from the time I walked through the lobby doors and the interaction with Sylvia and housekeeping Isalee, and the GM Chris it was a wonderful experience during a trying time for me and my family thank you all .

I have to say that there wasn't anything I didn't like about the stay I had there all the staff were polite the rooms were clean food was great pool was clean and affordable prices too . I have nothing bad to say neither did any of the other guests I spoke to during my almost 3 week stay there.

Breakfast was not bad good taste .could of used more variety, fruits,breads

Older facilities, shower faucet leaks, toilet to flush needed to hold handle down needs adjustment

I liked the location as it was close to everything I can get too, like Walmart, Sams Club, Home Depot, Gas Stations, etc.

The homeless was sneaking in to sleep in between in the vending machines and our cold bag got stolen from back of our truck.

convenient location, nice clean rooms, would definitely recommend this hotel. great deal for the price. breakfast is actual real food not just cereal and bagels.

zero complaints!

Breakfast was home made and brought in to heat on hot plates for the breakfast. Rooms were fairly clean. AC blew cold and the indoor pool/hot tub was a nice surprise. Also, interstate access is right there so it made for easy commute to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go.

Breakfast set up was not great, day of check-in we were notified that breakfast was available, but due to renovations in progress, we couldn't eat in the dining area. The bar/game area was also not open during our stay. Transients frequented the back of the property where an old extension of the previous hotel stood (mostly not renovated) but was owned by Clarion. Would advise if you're given a room near the back, keep your doors locked, alarms set and valuables with you inside your room.

The inside of the vent of the air conditioner unit was dirty it had debris in dirt in it

Beds were sooooo comfortable and front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

Breakfast eggs had all the eggshells mixed in scrambled eggs. Eggs were watery as if extra water was mixed. Sausage was pale and looked undercooked and was bland when tasted. Did not end up eating the breakfast. Was nauseous at the mere sight of it. :(

I liked the location. It was right next to a sink in donuts. I like how friendly the staff was and that breakfast was provided. The cook was so sweet and the food was so good!

I didn’t like that our AC didn’t work properly and when we asked the guy at the front about it he said there was nothing that could be done about it until the next day. I was only there one night so it kind of sucked.
