I was worried based on the reviews but our room was clean, just the right size (not like it needs to be huge), and met all of our needs! Free breakfast was a variety of items which was perfect for all. They are trying to be more green which means less linen changes as well which is awesome!

We had a downstairs room and could hear the people above us. It was terrible, if it hadn't been for that our stay would have been perfect!

The room was super clean and very spacious. Mattress and bedding was comfortable. The a/c kept the room temperature just right. I was very pleased with all aspects of the room. The grounds are well-kept and nice for walking dogs.

Traveling with two dogs, being on the second floor was difficult. The stairs were ladder-like with openings which made it necessary to carry the dogs up. It was also hard to bring the crates and other heavy items up and down.

Easy On / Off from Mass Pike at gateway to Berkshires, Tanglewood etc. Good staff. This place is an old school Ecolodge - don’t expect the Four Seasons and enjoy a clean, convenient room.

I liked how clean the room was and bathroom.The shower was excellent with lots of pressure. The owners were great and eager to please. A all around pleasant stay! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was ok the fruit was good. A few more choices like toast and Jam,Peanut butter would have made the breakfast experience a little better.

I’ve stayed here a number of times in the past. It’s very convenient, has great views of the beartown hills, is comfortable (great firm bed) and a nice added bonus - They make coffee or tea in the morning.

Friendly staff, the property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just enough to keep us until lunch time.

The air conditioning unit was loud aside from that everything was good.

Property was cute, everything looks newer / fresh like the floor wasn’t old the shower wasn’t old etc, property is definitely well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after the guests!

Huge room and very large bathroom, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, lots of vanity space around the sink, good size refrigerator, spacious closet area, wifi connected easily and worked well. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Reasonable price and very quiet location.

Everything was great—in fact, after our first night, we booked to stay 2 more nights. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

I was traveling with my dog through the Berkshires to Boston when torrential rain and thunder patterns were happening over several hours. I was grateful that the Econo Lodge could accommodate us. The check in was smooth and gracious. The room was clean and spacious. I am so pleased because the Econo Lodge came through for me when I was tired and stuck between destinations unexpectedly with a pet.

I thought that some of the outdoor lighting could be better, altho it was adequate.

This was our second stay—we returned because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Large room and bathroom, good vanity space, extremely clean, super comfy bed with wonderful pillows, great shower (excellent pressure, lots of hot water, free-flowing drain). Wifi was fast and connected easily. So nice to have a wood floor. Convenient location and super quiet. Excellent price.

Everything was super. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.
