First off the main receptionist was so helpful and friendly. He was always making sure everything was ok when we entered back to the hotel. The breakfast had many different options of breakfast foods and fresh juice and coffee. The room was also just right for the four of us. Oh yea and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. Kids had a great time in the pool as mom and dad went in the hot tub.

Breakfast was top notch. The bed was very comfortable, and the room large and clean. It was extremely quiet. The Wi Fi connection was quite good.

We would have liked easier cards to get into the room, a toilet paper holder closer to the toilet, and a gentler shower head. The most important thing we didn’t like was that CBS had been cancelled by the hotel so we couldn’t watch 60 Minutes.

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is good with spacious seating. Don't miss the cinnamon rolls! The bedroom & bathroom were spacious & clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The step into the pool & hot tub was a BIG step which kept us from using this amenity. The bed was high so it was a bit difficult to get in bed.

Conveniently located to tanglewood. Nice staff and brewery across the street was great for dinner.

I know it was a holiday but the price was twice the price I’ve normally paid at other Holiday Inns that I have stayed in around the country.

Good location and plenty of parking. Cleaning staff were kind and operated when asked for support. All the staff is very hospitality focused. It’s a great place. I hope to return.

Location and free breakfast and the toiletries

Not so clean and the man in charge for breakfast was not friendly ( did not smile )and some areas are not clean well like the bathroom and inside the drawers

Very clean, especially the sink and bath. Best shower ever.

The toilet is dangerously low. Okay for a four year old but very difficult to sit in and get up from if you’re elderly with arthritis.

Breakfast offered options, the staff was friendly and helpful. The eating area was wide open sunny and very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Bathrooms are large, plenty of room.

Keys to room didn’t work We had a o go to desk each time to try another key with staff assistance “ Battery needs replacing” The evening desk guy said he was going to try to replace but didn’t

The hotel was significantly better than we expected. The staff were very helpful and gracious, particularly Laysa, who went above and beyond to answer questions. The room was a bit small, but great, dreamy comfortable beds. Generous and very clean, updated bathroom. Very good breakfast-- loved the egg white omelettes and cinnamon rolls. Lovely sitting area in the back and very good location

The room could have been larger and the building could have some updates. I also felt the price was a bit high, but granted it's the height of the season.
