Value and location were excellent. A "real" breakfast was a surprise. All of the amenities included and the location, easy walking distance to Great Barrington made it a great choice for a short stay.

The rooms are not very sound proof, but it didn't present a problem because we didn't spend much time in the room.

Convenient location, could walk to restaurants and shops, also a CVS right in the parking lot. Free continental breakfast was a nice convenience... had packaged muffins, yogurts, platters of scrambled eggs and sausages, a waffle machine, white and wheat bread / toaster, juice and coffee, as well as a microwave for oatmeal. Our room was clean and enough towels / linens for our 3 night stay. The sign on the bathroom sink indicated they would clean your room if requested, but we were fine for 3 nights. Also a refrigerator and microwave, simple coffee maker. Air conditioner worked well. Office and cleaning staff we encountered were very pleasant.

Not a problem, but just a heads up about the train tracks running behind the hotel.... there was not a consistent time it passed each day, but it did go by late one night (after 11) and early another (like 7 am)

The breakfast was modest, but surprisingly good. The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet at night. The location is convenient: close to the center of Great Barrington. Stockbridge is 15 min away. Lenox and Tanglewood is a 30 min pleasant drive.

1. The door in the bathroom needs an adjustment: you have to push it really hard to make it stay closed. 2. It would be nice in to have a night light. 3. The bed is too close to the AC, but this is probably something that cannot be improved

Great location! Right on the edge of the heart of GB. Very clean. The linens and curtains look and feel updated. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

We didn't bother with the meager and worn looking breakfast. Good thing GB is full of fantastic restaurants. The fixtures are old and the shower wasn't working quite properly, although we finally managed to get a usable stream. The TV is small if that matters to you, and there's only one usb port in the room.

Our room had a wonderful layout, it was nice and cool when we walked through the door after a long day out in Boston! We really loved that we got a ground floor property, that our bed was comfy, and that the toilet/shower were separate from the mirror/sink by a door, allowing us to multi- task without waiting for each other to finish with the restroom.

We were a bit puzzled about not having garbage bags in the bins for the night of our stay, preventing us from throwing away waste. There also weren’t enough cups to use for drinks the next morning, during our complimentary breakfast.

The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just enough. There were eggs, a waffle iron, sausages, instant oatmeal, muffins, juice, good coffee and tea, The location is great.

The location was great! Close to the friends we visited & a very short walk to many restaurants/stores. The check in process was easy and it was nice to have breakfast available.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. I did book on Booking.com and I wanted attached rooms. When I got the the inn it wasn't in the reservation but they helped me out and moved the rooms next to each other, which I appreciated.

When we entered our rooms the refrigerator doors were open. It took a long time for it to cool down. That is the only thing I wouldve changed. Other than that is was a perfect stay.

The breakfast was very good and convenient. The beds and pillows were remarkably comfortable!

The tub was a bit slippery (to shower), and it would have been nice if there were a few more amenities like soap, shampoo & lotion. It would be nice if there was a bathroom in the office that we could use. Right after we checked out, my husband needed to use the rest room, and we didn't have the time (or energy) to back to the room we had just vacated. We know it's the height of the season, but we felt it was very overpriced.
