From the moment I walked in the front door of the Fairfield Inn, I was welcomed by very friendly, very helpful staff. The employee at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She went out of her way to answer questions about the area, giving me recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the employee serving us in the dining room was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you so much to the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Great Barrington, MA. Their hospitality and friendly service makes me want to come back in the future to this hotel.

The hotel was perfect. Staff was fantastic. Location was great.

There were other hotel guests that were horrible. They were smoking marijuana, being loud at 3 am in their rooms! We called the front desk multiple times. The hotel did move our rooms the next morning, which was great BUT we weren’t the ones breaking the rules. We were inconvenienced instead of the ones being disruptive. Still very grateful that we didn’t have to spend another night with no sleep.

Nice hotel and room; very friendly staff. (Outstanding: the lady handling breakfast - give her a raise :-)). Great, large pool; quiet inside and outside. Good location for visiting Norman Rockwell M. Would clearly recommend!

Would have appreciated a second armchair; found breakfast hours (6-9) slightly avers to being on vacation and having a swim before breakfast (pool opens 8.00) ; would have expected body lotion in the bathroom; struck us as slightly overpriced.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. After a long drive from Boston with two small children they treated us with kindness and generosity, and it was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was ample and delicious; the games room and small playground an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We liked the food that was there and the possibility of making waffles. We also liked the area that the breakfast was served.

We missed vegetables and some healthy choices. We would have liked the serving to stay open a little longer.

Very friendly reception staff. Helpful with suggestions for dinner. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly dining room staff. The room was comfortable and of a good size. The pool was a good size with a nice jacuzzi.

Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and the staff running the breakfast were wonderful, she worked hard and went out of her way to please. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful also.

Great hotel in a lovely town. Very large room, with comfortable bed and clean and smelling good bedding. Large shower and plenty of cosy towels. Provide soap, shampoo and everything you need. We stayed for one night on the way north. The receptionist was very nice, and recommended us a Crowe café when we were looking for. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi that made our evening unforgettable. There is also a gym not big but perfectly adequate. The check-in and check-out process were quick and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was typical American, meaning carbohydrates and fats without any vegetable. I would add vegetables for those who want to keep them healthy.

Very convenient location and it was nicely updated and modern. Our room was pretty big which we weren’t expecting. We used the pool and hot tub. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves on a Sunday evening. Location is near everything and you could walk if you wanted but street parking was free and plentiful.
