The room was just as advertised. It was cozy. The location was nice with a walking trail across from the property. The staff communicated quickly when I had a wi-fi issue. Followed up to ensure we were all set.

The snow removal could've been a little better. The walk from the car to the room was maybe 15 feet, but we tracked a lot of snow in the room. The walkways were done well. The room didn't have a microwave, which I should've noticed on the room description. Most rooms have microwaves these days and are necessary. The bed was too soft, and the pillows were a little too thick for my liking. That is personal preference.

The property itself is off the beaten path just enough so as to not be too noisy, yet close enough to RT 7/Main Street in Great Barrington, easy access to Stockbridge, Lenox and other points of interest a little further North. Their remote communication system (no staff on property, check in/check out and all support via text message) was exceptional as compared with LifeHouse Berkshires. I had a special request, and I received an immediate, “friendly”, service-oriented response from a real person (not an automated “assistant”). I book a lot of stays for myself/my family and service orientated problem solving and communication is invaluable.

Great Barrington can get super buggy in Spring/Summer after rainfall. Mosquitos in particular were a nuisance during our stay.

Room was super clean and seemed newly refurbished. Liked the usb ports on the bedside lamps. Bed was comfortable, and fridge was a good size. Liked the toiletries in the bathroom. Location was good- just a short drive from Great Barrington Main Street. Also liked the self check- in and out. The communications from the inn were timely and helpful.

Bathroom fixtures were nice and all seemed very new, but the space was very small. No complaints but overall we somehow felt like it was expensive for a fairly small, albeit modern room.

There was no front desk but that did not matter because the staff was super responsive and they communicated by both text and email. They were friendly and offered all of the information you needed including places to visit during the stay. The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The location is great and there is a chinese restaurant right at the end of the driveway. We went to The Egremont Barn-great hidden gem for live music! We will definitely return if we go to Great Barrington again! Thank you.

The location of the motel is excellent. Everything in the room was thoughtfully curated, very chic and enjoyable!

Hate to have to bring this up while everything else was perfect. The proximity to the restaurant next door made it impossible to escape the loud noise from the vent and the smell from the dumpster right outside. Luckily the noise stopped during after hours.

Very nice, clean, and cozy. We were there for snow activities, and it is not far away from Catamount by car. The room is quite independent from one another. The host was kind and helpful. It was also super close to a nice restaurant, so you don't even need to drive in the dark to get dinner!

I am not sure whether it will be as convenient if you are not driving. It will be a bit dark outside. Otherwise everything is just fine!

The property was confortable, clean, bright and very nice. The owners are attentive, communicative and very kind. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The property is very conveniently located, close to downtown GB and other attractions. We loved everything about our stay and plan to stay there again as we have friends walking distance from the inn.

Everything is clean, new, spotless. Convenient location and super easy check in with the digital lock. Staff answers messages immediately.

Bathroom door was very difficult to close. Fresh paint + humidity probably swelled it a bit, but needs to be sanded down or something. Also, I know it’s a post-Covid thing, but housekeeping having to be on demand just makes an additional item to remember.

I've never experiences complete no contact registration and check out-- very easy! Especially since we were not sure when we would check in. No worrying about waking someone up. The Inn is completely renovated; it was clearly a motel before but now has aspirations. Clean, everything works, the instant coffee was actually good.

Prefer to leave cash for tips, not use venmo

It was very easy to get into the property. There was everything we could need - ice and ice buckets, chairs for a snack inside. Outdoor chairs and table with umbrella.
