Desk clerks were very welcoming and friendly - smiled and said hello / good morning every time I walked past. None sitting around playing with their cellphones. Breakfast was perfect for me. Lots of options. I'm glad there was the option for stronger coffee. Food tasted fine with no funny artificial aftertaste. Bed had perfect support. TV fine. Shower's water pressure and output good. Toilet really flushes fast and hard! Maids did great job making bed and re-stocking, emptying trash. I re-used towels and bed linen to reduce water waste. Great staff all around.

Bathroom fan constantly ran. But couldn't hear it with door closed. The AC had the usual problem: Refrigerated air blowing over me each time it turned on during the night. First night, I awoke every two hours because of the fan going on. Very quiet hotel during my weekend. My first morning the hallway was extremely warm and humid. Turned out that the AC had been turned off that day. On-off buttons on lamps were a little hard to find at first because lamp designs varied. That's trivial tho. Iron and ironing board worked fine.

My group needed a place close to the College of Maryland. It is conveniently located for people that is attending events at the college, like us. We literally walked there. It has restaurants and places to buy groceries nearby, which made it convenient. Although we did not use it, I noticed public transportation passing by this hotel. We do not drive. Room size and layout were good, bathroom was clean, and did its job. Staff at the front desk were polite and answered all our questions.

Although the price per night is very accessible, I think a better job could be done with the food quality of the breakfast. I tried other budget hotels and the food was decent, this one could make improvements.

I didn't try the breakfast. We arrived early in the morning the first night and had a busy day the following which led to sleeping in both mornings so we missed breakfast. The location was near the highway and fairly close to the metro station allowing us to walk to the station and visit Washington sites while leaving via Interstate for home.

Each of the lamps had outlets that had worn out and were very loose connections. I hade the pull the table out between the beds, disconnect the clock to plug in my CPAP machine to have it work reliably. Similarly to charge my phone I used the bathroom outlet. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the room perfect for our purposes.

The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. The room is clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff is very considerate. They noticed that I took the comforter from the other bed (I stayed in a room with two queen beds), so they left me an extra blanket the next day. Very thoughtful and observant.

The toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided in the room, so I had to go down to the front desk. They gave me a pre-pasted toothbrush, which I am not a fan of. It didn’t produce enough bubbles and wasn't as effective as regular toothpaste. It also lacked the refreshing minty feeling afterward. I had to get two sets to brush in the morning and before bed. I ended up buying toothpaste from the nearby CVS. I strongly suggest bringing your own.

The staff went above and beyond for us. We didn't think we would make it in time for the night so they easily switched our booking to the next night. We ended up making it, so we booked an extra night. We were going to have to change rooms due to different suites being booked, but the manager went above and beyond and waived the upgrade fee and kept us in the exact same suite. The taco truck next door hands down were some of the best tacos for a late night dinner. The staff was amazing, the rooms were so clean and so comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here if not wanting to stay in the downtown D.C. area. Also, free parking! It's limited, but if you get there on time, it was well worth it due to the higher prices of the valet parking in the area. They have security cameras in the parking lot, which was a nice piece of mind.

Nothing! It was all fantastic.

The room was clean, spacious, NO funny smell or itchy bed or sheets, good circulation, they also have a carbon monoxide detector in the room, a refrigerator and microwave, parking is free and everyday the continental breakfast was different the area was clean and local restaurants are walking distance, we originally planned to stay for 5days and stayed for 1 more day, plus the cleaning ladies and staff are really nice and pleasant.

They really need to fix the elevator, there is only one and it shakes when you go up, so we started taking the stairs up and down. On one of the mornings us and 3 other people thought we got stuck because the doors were not opening or showing what floor we were on so were stuck for a little while, eventually the doors open on the 4th floor and we all got out and took the stairs down, this was scary, but all else is good, we didn't mind the exercise.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. All in all, the facilities were up to our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected and staff worked hard to keep everything fresh and well supplied.

The carpet was starting to get a little dirty in our room but it was no big deal for us. The second night we stayed there, we could hear people in the room upstairs making noise while walking or running, maybe they had children. We talked to reception and the noise seems to have abated a little bit so we were grateful for that.

This was second was an extended stay at this hotel. The staff treated me like family. The location was exactly what I would prefer.

Beyond the hotel or staff is lack of restaurants within walking distance. However the area is being upgrade and the expectations is this be a non-issue.

I booked for one night based on the reviews and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have breakfast included and there was a good selection of breakfast foods. I enjoyed my stay so I decided to add an extra day. Iczel at reception was very welcoming and I appreciated her help in extending my booking.

I like that checkout was fast and simple. I also like that the hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Complimentary breakfast is a plus and staff was pleasant enough.

The hotel has postings for quite hours starting at 10pm however there were some loud guest stomping and running around pass 10pm
