We absolutely adore this hotel. The jacuzzi suite is wonderful for our family, and we also appreciate the pool and workout area. We visit frequently and always have a wonderful time.

It appears to be showing some wear and tear. Over time, we've noticed some deterioration, such as chipped paint and water stains. The dresser and cabinet tops are quite dusty; it seems that only the areas visible to customers are cleaned, and not thoroughly. The stained linens were also somewhat off-putting. Some renovations, fresh paint, and new linens would be beneficial. Additionally, the pool appeared to cause skin irritation, resulting in red rashes on several family members, suggesting it requires improved maintenance.

It was very quiet relaxing pool was clean kids enjoyed it so much the room was clean but under the bed was nasty it had trash from the last stay under the bed but other than that it was very nice clean and relaxing

The water bottles and trash from the last stay under the bed I did take photos I did forget to mention to the front desk about this situation so that is my fault but I loved this place really nice stay

The size of the room and the facilities.

The cleaning service has to be requested. My room number has been listed twice in the cleaning schedule for two consecutive days but no one showed up. When I insisted, they change the towels and the trash. However, the room was cleaned in another day, so actually it was cleaned once while I was staying for 8 days.

There was hangers to hang up my shirt and sportcoat, there was a bathtub, so I wasn’t forced to take a shower, I have physical difficulties standing in the shower, there were drawers to put my clothes in, and there was a chair to sit in, so I wasn’t forced to sit on the bed, Those are what matter to me and those needs were covered 

Nothing , even the TV had a roving guide so I could find a channel for the brief moment I had to watch TV 

It was wonderful. The couch in our room had food stuck to it but overall it was great. If you are in need of someone cleaning your couches and chairs I have a cleaning/ carpet cleaning business. 5177061988 I would love to service your building.

We have stayed here multiple time while visiting our MSU student. It is only 10 minutes from campus. The rooms are always clean and spacious.

We were disappointed that some of the breakfast items ran out well before the end of the breakfast time.

I like that there was Dunkin nearby and close to Culver's; I liked that it was near a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly.

TV selection and no option to play movies on a DVD. There wasn't any housekeeping which I understand was due to staff shortage. I'm sure it's been hard since the pandemic to find staff, but not having that housekeeping option was kind of a bummer. But we completely understand the reasons why.

The room sizes are great! My kids love the swimming pool and weight room, location is great with dunkin donuts walking distance located in a party store type place and restaurants all around

We got a regular double room and a suite and they have all their suites in one wing area which is far away from the other rooms

Spacious and beautiful room. Large hot tub with 🔥 water. Not tepid..good and hot! The bar area is a nice design.

Unfortunately..my door key wouldn't work. I had them reprogram it 4 times before someone came up to the room!!! (No apologies offered?!) The magnetic reader on the door was malfunctioning! I was then afraid to leave the room, for fear of being locked out! I had wedding clients to meet and found this very frustrating and stressful. Thankfully the tub helped.

The staff was super accommodating at check out! The woman who checked me out was really helpful and made the process painless. We stayed in a king suite and the tub was so nice! Plus the little sitting area was perfect and the shower was really nice for my tall husband. Breakfast - They had the delish folded over cheese omelette that I love to see in hotels, little sausages, biscuits and gravy and all the normal hotel stuff like cereal coffee bar. They also have hand sanitizer in front of the entrance which is nice for flu season. We needed to be in Ann Arbor early Sunday so decided to take a mosey through Lansing on Saturday. The historical museum is a must see and Harrys Bar is really good btw! This was a great day trip!

There were kids running around which is annoying but the staff did what they could! It might be nice to have a quiet policy in place but other than that what can ya do?
